Shells- From the sea of the unconscious mind. Sea shells, golden spiral, very spiritual. Collecting them, gathering information. Venus is said to be born from a shell, maybe an astrological meaning.

Black- I have seen purple shells but never black. We're they black when you were picking them up? Black could represent the the unconscious mind. if you saw them as color your unconscious you be telling you that your friend is in the "dark" and won't/can't go down that spiritual path with you.

the shells were matt pitch black 'pecten raveneli' shaped. some dark sand between the furrows (???)

what does golden spiral mean?

gathering information - may it be i'm trying to figure out a connection with a another person (very heavy, deep stuff which is overwhelming to me)? i mentioned him to my friend but i can't tell her everything yet although i really really want to, i want to tell somebody and i know she would understand me (im pisces moon, she is scorpio). quite dark stuff but i don't see this way, to me this 'connection' is my shelter. can this be a venus subject?

she is very dismissive towards me. i say she has some reasons to be but not as much as she thinks. i'm fighting my own demons she does the same plus agitating me more instead of just simply being nice will do more damage. last time we met (we live in diff. countries) she was downright savage with me but i still love her. i'm trying to move back to her but whatever i do is not good or enough or whatever. she offered help but if i take it i'm too selfish if not i'm too stupid bc she is there for me. quite like an abusive realtionship... *sigh* can't talk with her because whatever i say she is taking it the wrong way, i'm just more and more quieter, and started to avoid her. i mean if this is what she wanted all along fine, finally getting it

I can tell you, the relationship (based on your description) was NOT healthy. If you need that relationship, ask yourself some serious questions and the answers are about you not your friend.

i know what she wants from me, her intentions are not bad, she got tyrannous because i'm a self-hating or a too sensitive idiot who wants to talk about feelings instead of doing things. about boundaries i think i let people run over me because i'm afraid loosing them

You need start writing/listening to positive self-esteem affirmations, join a support group. Focus on them, when your mind wanders to the negative self talk, look at the affirmations and repeat them until you believe them again. Write down what you are willing to give in a relationship and what you want to receive, say them out loud to affirm them to the universe.

it's over. i got to the final stage that i had to hand out this friend's 'pretty' walking papers. i've been very tolerant, nice with her because i know she's not 100% normal and was treated as family too. but the fu**ery she put me through got unbearable. plus thanks to this forum and you guys i'm more and more enlightened about not just myself but people around me.

i feel bittersweet but tons lighter now that i got to tell her all that was going on, what she put me through. of course her reaction was typical but i really can't be bothered anymore.

so, thank you very much again carm76!
