This night I had a weird dream.The police (or bandits,don't know for sure) were coming after me and one guy (have no idea who is that guy,I don't know him in real life).Don't know what we did or why though but a few things happened and we end up separated! I started to find a way to help him,I was on the streets trying to find a mask to cover my face.On the streets people had masks and they were laughing and having fun,was like a carnival.A guy did accept to help me..

Flash: Now I was on a hill with my helper and there was something on the floor that gives shocks,(like steel cables).I thought that maybe we could use this "weapon" agaisn't the bad guys.

Flash:many people on the street..the bandits were taking the guy to somewhere and I suddenly hugged him from behind..the bad guys started to get angry.I kept holding him and kissing him,I sat on his lap.Sometimes look like the girl wans't me,was like a movie but them was me I ruined their plan because with the crowd around they coulnd't take him by force.They decided to give us a time and started to walk away.

Flash: Seems like the guy escaped.Now I was with 2 people one guy and one girl..the bad guys/police were again after us and we had to jump into the water.It was like a cave and I started to walk and swim, wans't very deep but when were trying to pass through a passage/aisle when the water started to fill the cave and I started to drown..then I woke up.

#this dream had some sexual overtones,some very disturbing.

I think that part of what Ra is saying, as far as writing the dreams, is that you take all the "past tense" verbs, and you change the script as though it were a drama happening to you "right now."

e.g. (for example)

Flash: Seems like the guy escaped. Now I was with 2 people one guy and one girl.. the bad guys/police were again after us and we had to jump into the water.

In 'present-tense' this reads like the following. (extracts)

Seems like the guy is escaping.
Now I am with 2 people,
The bad guys/police are after us and we jump into the water.

Your English is very good. I know there are many members here for whom English is a second-language. I admire all of you sooo much.

My English grammar is not perfect at all. I tend to mess up syntax.

My OWN first language was not English, and at a VERY tender part of my language-development, I had traumatic events in my life WHILE I was trying to switch to "thinking" in English. My parents insisted in only English in the home. I lost my bilingual plasticity.

Every once in a while, my brain seems to 'hiccup', and I revert to using the wrong syntax. I have to compensate for that, and it's unconscious to me a lot of times.

(Sorry about that-- it may explain why my OWN grammar tends to glitch at times-- it's an impediment I have. Please adjust for me TOO. -- I lost my French, even though I DO understand MUCH (a medium amount of hearing and many vocabulary words). I have a warm familiarity with some of the romantic-languages, but I cannot seem to crossover well when it comes to bringing it to conversational and written speech.--- INCLUDING my 'own' language!! ..)

I agree with the whole-quoting of dreams.
I just ask that people don't delete toooo much, where you leave comments stranded without contexts.

And I do understand privacy. No problems at all with that.

Your dream had a sense (to me) of when we are dealing with times of self-sabotaging energies?

I think that any time we handle ourselves in our messier dreams, there can be good results that ensue. It's a Positive sign. Let your psyche swirl and work that all out for you.

Pay attention to the 'tone' of the dream.
When you encounter this in your practical world, let it be a semi-more conscious clue you notice. Your subconscious has already prepared you to make whatever course corrections you will need, as you go through the waking-day choices we must make.

People who DO work on remembering their night-life (and strong day-dreams, meditative experiences), who develop an understanding of symbolism, and who have the intention of bettering themselves as a person, has GREAT Advantages working in their life.

Our night-schooling can help us make great strides.

I’ll try not to quote too much, and I’ll paraphrase some.

Your very first sentence says “The police were coming after me …” This is an accurate description of what happened in the dream, but it is not exactly how your dreaming mind presented it to you. “The police are coming after me …” A subtle difference, but this is the present tense in which you experienced the dream, and the way in which the subconscious message is intended to come across.

As dreams are most often expressions of ourselves, it is also helpful to use the phrase “I am” whenever possible. So an even better way to say “The police are coming after me” is “I am being chased by police”.

“The police were coming after me” vs. “I am being chased by police”. Again, a subtle difference, but the present tense and first person version is more direct, more personal, and feels different. This often helps to bring clarity to the meaning behind the symbology. It is a more accurate and powerful expression of the dream experience.

“I was trying to find a mask” becomes “I am trying to find a mask”. What does that mean about you, right now? Why do you need a “mask”?

“I was on a hill” becomes “I am on a hill”. Are you climbing or on top? Does it represent a challenge/effort, or does it represent accomplishment? What does this say about you and your situation in waking life?

“I started to drown” becomes “I am beginning to drown”, a much more powerful phrase. Water often represents emotional energies or life energy in general. What is beginning to overwhelm you in waking life?

I totally understand you,I also create a big confusion between 2 languages.Sometimes I create a phrase with both of them,it is weird.

You're totally right.I sabotage myself sometimes,actually a lot of times I need a change and I truly want to be a better person so I will pay attention to the signs that angels and universe send to us in hope to have progress on my journey.Thnx.

- I don't know about the mask.I'm trying to find who I truly am,trying to free myself from my ego mask and I had some progress but I confess that I'm scared to be building my castle over quicksand.Maybe I'm just trying to cover the painful experiences I had..I don't know but hopefully that's not the case.
