Had a dream last night after doing some soul searching and in the dream I had a two dead things on my carpet. One was a bug and the other I couldn't identify. I came back with the vacuum and vacuumed up the dead bug but when I looked at the thing it had grown so large and I was too far away to tell what it was, so I called for my mother and nephew and when they went over to look at it my nephew said that it was a dead turtle. From my vantage point based on its dimensions I agreed that it did look like a turtle. It had no she'll and was brown, I guess it was dead for a long time. Any interpretations? I find it weird how it grew in size.

I love that name! ..
Blessings on your precious soul.

I don't know what YOU think of when you consider Turtles.

That's an ancient symbol. You could do a computer search on the meanings... See which one appeals to you, for there are many.

Wow... I don't know where to start?! gahhhhhh!!!!

Really, there are some excellent materials on them.

I thought it was really curious that your nephew was able to identity the innards of a turtle without its outer protective shell on... (I always wondered what that would look like, but lacked the courage to find out... awwww poor little creature. LOL)

Turtles also are about Time... the step-by-step plodding along. (Saturn)

Something now 'past its Time' in your life?
Time to look for something else, something new?

"Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life."
- {scripture, Proverbs 13:12}

Maybe, the sense of having waited too long for something?

One of the first things I thought about too, was your Health.

Is there something you have been delaying 'getting seen for'? Maybe it's time to go get that checked out, once and for all!

Another idea... (getting Creative here)... is that your intuition might 'sense' (or, JUST a simple fear) that you are about to be getting 'called on the carpet' to clean up something about your act???!!

Oh my. Gently, that's a saying used colloquially in the USA, when you're 'in the doo-doo (brown piles) of trouble' about something you might have done (known or unknown), and authorities find out and pull you in to see the office/boss/supervisors, to confront you on the issue looming (carpet) at large?

Personally too for you...
Do you have the sense or feeling that you left something undealt-with or un-protected for too long, that REALLY needs your attention now?
Is something 'bothering you' about that? (bug)

Search yourself... See if you can uncover that, and deal with things pre-emptively.
Including health issues.

(I hope you didn't mind my being so forward.)

Wow, Mirage, how many wonderful insights!

Hello Almaamor,
I think you are going through a cleansing process, getting rid of what is not serving you anymore. The bug you can handle by yourself; for the dead turtle you need the help of others (mother and nephew). A dead thing growing seems like a paradox. It may mean some issue whose time has passed comes to surface in your mind and grows stronger, demanding your attention. The turtle is without its shell, meaning it is exposed, defenceless. Have you carried with you some vulnerability in your past? Maybe you had to build a strong, tough shell to defend yourself, and the dead, exposed turtle comes to remind you of your vulnerabilities that time has healed within you, and it's time to say goodbye to the old self and welcome a new self, which puts more trust in people and allows him/herself to be aided by others, to confide more trust in them, to give them more space in your life.

Does all this resonates with you?
