I pulled 6 of pentacles rx- 8 of wands rx- 2 of cups . I don't know how to interpret it though. Any help would be appreciated!

I think he may want you to reach out to him. I don't really read reversals but I looked up the meaning and as long as the 2 of cups is upright I think your answer could be yes. Reach out maybe.

Then in that case don't. He's moved past it. 3 of swords by itself means it's over. Add the 8 of cups and he's moving past the situation. You could text him for closure and say goodbye in a way. Not sure what happened with you guys but it looks like he's still upset/hurt over it. From your original pull he may be in a relationship, but I would ask about that specifically to clarify.

Wanted to add that judging by the feelings cards you pulled I don't think there is any going back from this. Those two cards are very "final".

I know this is off topic but do you think it's better to not read with reversals? I just started bc it seemed most people do

Personally I read without reversals. I feel like there is enough "good" and "bad" in each card without the use of reversals. Not to mention that depending on the situation a "good" card could be bad and vice versa. For me the deck is balanced as is, there's no need to change it. It's mostly a personal preference.

The 8 of cups to me signals he's still hurt but moving on. It's a sad card, so is the 3 of swords. Both depict anguish and heartbreak. The 8 of cups is him letting go and moving foward from something that caused a pain that was very final. Whatever it was it has ended. But if you want to apologize, then do so, but with the expectation and acception that he won't reciprocate.

I agree that there is no chance of us again. And reversals confuse me too much so I don't think i'll be using them either lol. Thank you for the help littlecloud!
