Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing fabulously!

I have just asked the all-knowing tarot a question and it involves timing. The question was "When will I receive a message from ______?"

As we all know, sometimes things pan out but free will has the future always shifting, so it's interesting to see if the tarot accurately describes the final outcome of the question asked.

I only pulled one card for my question and it was the Page Of Wands. (Feel free to post your favorite rendition of the card/s you pull, if you ask questions!)

Some say that the Page represents days in timing, some say weeks and others say to focus on the suit in general, like saying it'll happen in the Spring or Summertime.

If any of you have had any crash tests into timing with tarot, please add to this thread for us all to gain from your experiences!

Anyways, I'll update this at 11 days since the Page is the eleventh card in the Suit of Wands, at the end of 10 weeks if the message takes that long too. Although, the main idea of this thread is to see if there is a pattern with timing in tarot.

I'd love to see new questions posted here too! It might help to keep track of the time you asked the question for your own records and research. If you do put down questions, please return to update!

I hope you all join in with me!

I sometimes think Brigit from biddy overrated herself too much. This website is totally detrimental to getting better at Tarot

I personally know I should get practice as far as timing goes but somehow always have desperately important things going on....

So I guess one question I have at this stage, as long as no one minds, would be:

Has anyone found the Golden dawn attributions to be accurate? HAve you ever pulled cards about something and let's say 20 degrees Libra to 20 degress Scorpio for example it actually was, as in the card attribution???

I think this page is pretty fast. Page of Swords might be faster, but I'm not sure.

@Jess:

Thank you, I'm glad you think so!

@andstuff:

Hm. . . I haven't had enough exposure to biddy to say whether or not it's detrimental. May I ask what experiences you have had which caused that opinion about Brigit from biddy?

Great question! I found a quick link so others can see a Golden Dawn chart for timing.

I did actually ask a question not too long ago about when I will be moving and I got the Wheel of Fortune, the Knight of Wands and the Page of Wands.

Golden Dawn timing attributes Thursday to the Wheel, and Nov' 13 to Dec' 12 and 20° Scorpio to 20° Sagittarius to the Knight.

I shall update this on the outcome based on the Golden Dawn method.

If I follow the first link I posted about tarot spreads and timing using a 3 card spread (which is what I used for the question about relocation) then I would count til I reached five cards. The spread went the Wheel of Fortune (1) the Knight of Wands (2) the Page of Wands (3) back to the Wheel (4) and ending on the fifth card that indicates the time, the Knight of Wands (5).

If the Golden Dawn method and free will are in sync then I will be moving by the end of this year.

As for the degrees, how would I measure that kind of timing? Is it that I would move when a certain planet is occupying that space?

Here is another link with a Golden Dawn chart, though it seems a bit different than the chart on the website I posted before.

@Teasel:

I have heard that people are back and forth on which Page is faster, the Swords or Wands. Maybe we can test this somehow!

You've just reminded me of something! I'll have to make a note to look it up later on or tomorrow. It's a spread that uses the Wheel of Fortune, as a "Yes, No, Soon," and something else for the fourth placement. It matches with another card, and should give you an answer. It worked for me when I tried it some years back.

about biddy: just impaired concepts taught, that's all. i wonder how many aspiring readers never made it to studying the original Levi texts and Golden Dawn studies

and there's lots of women who call Brigit their Mentor, one gave me an email reading that consisted of copy-pasted text from biddy. So no, I do not like that website.

I found this article on timing and tried to use this method myself. The writer said it tends to be very accurate.

I got an answer of October which is amazing considering I had a reading from someone else who told me October was coming through and they had no idea why.
Then the other morning I heard October as well.

I am curious if anyone else has used this method and found it to be accurate .
