I did a Celtic Cross and was wondering about positions 6 and 10

6 is the near future what is a time frame on that 3 months? 6 months ? Before one might see a change.

And the outcome position 10 is later into the future is it more like 6 months ? a year or could it be longer?

I was trying to figure out what is coming and an idea of how long before things take a change for the better.
