I would read it: 'noone to build a future with', but I can see the physical/sexuality would be (have been?) of interest. No acces to his heart though.

I don't know if this is the only woman. But we had asked tarot how he felt about her how does he really feel? Is there potential for them to get to know each other better and meet in person?

Aah okay,
I don't really think there's potential, altough it has been looked at (page pentacles), but in the 4 of pentacles you see the man shielding of his world, which isn't a good sign.
The Empress (also RX) speaks of attraction, altougn it may have faded now, but I see nothing lasting in it for now. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a secret with The Empress RX showing as the first card. To me it feels like he decided not to take it into a serious level.
I'll think it over a bit more & share it if I'll come up with something new
Í have a cold & my thinking is going a bit slow.
I would see a combo like this with a mistress for example, that wants to take it a step further & he decided that wasn't the idea at all if you get my drift...
this is just his feeling for now.
If he meets up, I think it's because of sex only.
So for the other question I would ask a new question: 'Will X & Z meet up in real life?'

He likes a girls pictures a lot on Facebook and Instagram but he doesn't seem to have met up with her either in person. I don't know what their involvement is other than social networking.
