Trickster, one who manipulates the situations and people around him from his own amusement.

From the depths of my wefi-less depravity, I salute ye, Jessica.

Let's see...

Magician has either strong Sun/Mercury or Mars/Mercury action going on; nonchalant, or at least they appear so - sometimes thier nonchalance translates to their physical signature, lanky swag. One'd assume them as animated, but I've found that to be incorrect, lately. They have nimble, controlled reflexes - they don't waste anything.

They have plans. Not every plan is agenda, but that sort of label sticks on them, if anything but for their seemingly apparent fickleness. Smart and quick mind. Often, very likable and popular.

Magician, The Trickster. His fabled persona - these are rare. Think... the man who managed to sell The Eiffel Tower a few times. You don't get to meet them but a couple of times, (I think that every person who shows up as a Major is unattainable, you can't get them properly... Unless you're a Major yourself) but they remain fascinating despite your strong dislike for their antics or personality traits.

LOL VEnus

Thanks for this insightful post.

I've always felt that the Magician sums up all the tarot suits, although elementally it is an air card and ruled by mercury.

BTW I totally agree with your descriptions, and I am a major too, always either the high priestess or the empress

No problemo.

Yeah, Magician with all the suits at his disposal, knows it all, can do it all. He and The World chick have magical bar, they run the shizz.

I read a book where the protagonists were represented by Magician and HP - Temperance was used to keep them two in check, not to clash etc... The Night Circus by Erin M... (forgot the last name)

^ In case you fancy a Magician.

I got this in one of those fb quizzes on which tarot card I am. The description said that the Magician is one that sees everything so other view this as magical when in reality they're just highly perceptive.

It could also be a good balance of all the elements (fire, water, air, earth). So having all of these elements and being able to transition between them easily. Never too much if one thing. Which is where the trickster could come in. I think it depends on the other cars as well. But if you keep pulling this in a one card reading when asking about someone it's very significant and possibly has a darker meaning.

The Magician again.

This time I was asked a question about my professional life in the next 6 months.

I pulled death-the magician-10 of pentacles

I asked the same question to a different deck and pulled

4 of pentacles- death-the empress with a clarifier : the tower

IDK I feel a big change is definitely coming in the next 6 months.

Thoughts and opinions are most welcome.

Reads as the end of financial security...

Magician + 10 of Pentacles = an action (could be a shady one) regarding the matters of 10 of Pentacles - security, satisfaction, tranquility of fulfilled everyday existence; since the Death card is the first in the spread, I think the complete overhaul, and starting again from 0.

The 2nd spread is similar, the fortified, master you, who has all the areas controlled (head, heart, the position in the world) gets axed. It's probably something to do with your system of belief, or at least the one connected to your present reality : How you fare in certain circumstances. Empress is about abundance, and in this context can be linked to 10 of Pentacles of the 1st spread. I think Tower would suggest sudden movements out of your hands (and you're not the cause of it, either) Feels like the trickle down effect, like in that proverb, when elephants argue, the village gets hurt.

Yeah I would have interpreted same, however I am a bit worried.

I desperately want a change but this sounds like it's going to be out of my hands and I don't particularly like when I am not in control..

I'd would draw again upon any change between now and next months - to keep an eye on the developments.
