I asked the cards how to deal with this person at work (someone who I'm having issues with) and got bouquet + key + anchor.

So does that mean I should maybe open a new page with her or be nicer to her to keep it calm at work?

I'm just getting into lenormand.
Which direction is the key facing? The bouquet or the anchor? The direction the key is facing( the part that goes into a lock), is the "KEY" literally to how you need to proceed.

A consistent (the Anchor) good manners, anything the Flowers represent in terms of behaviours, are the Key to win her heart, or at least to end her hostility towards you at work. I think this is what the cards are suggesting.

I guess she sees you as a threat to her position at work and you have to show her that this is not the case and there’s nothing to worry about. Who knows, you might even develop a friendship in the following weeks if you heed the advice of the cards.

The key is facing the bouquet. I guess I need to make a peace offering to her or something (instead I'm planning on giving back files to her she wanted me to sort... Her files, her job)

Don't think this is a long friendship possibility... From what I've seen and heard many don't like her. Including myself because he attitude is awful - acts as if I'm her secretary or something... Sigh
