I know we normally associate times with the numbers on the cards. I read somewhere where someone had another perspective with regards to court cards. They suggested perhaps the time will happen when a person develops the characteristics of the court card. For example when will i hear from xyz, and the KC pops up. The KC can represent someone who is very intuitive, i would also associate clubs with communication. So perhaps alternatively this might mean that there will be contact, but only when one of them actually trusts their intuition to initiate the communication. I'm wondering then would this also extend to number cards. Any thoughts? ----------------------------- pls dont quote might edit later IP: Logged |

You mean King of Cups? with Tarot, I use timing based on astrology combined with the meaning of cards to get close to the date; and it's also possible to find the exact date for something, numbers included. (such as a getting a 2 for the actual date, once you already know the year and the month)EDIT: sorry I realized it's cartomancy. Vesta knows a pretty good timing method with Aces, it's somewhere around here. IP: Logged |

Hey LeelooI use cartomancy but my question also applies to other types of cards. I'm just thinking does timings always mean actual time or can it sometimes mean when you have reached a certain point in your personality. Eg queen of diamonds is someone who is decisive. So if this card turned up perhaps it could also mean this will happen when you learn to make choices for yourself. If I make sense ---------------------------- Pls don't quote might edit later
