I've been practising leno the past year but it still does confuse me!

For a love reading between me (what will happen ) and X I pulled
Letter Tree Tower

Could you pls give me some insights?

there are other interpretations to this combination of cards but this is what jumped out to me.

Letter + tower could be a break up via a message or a written message with a disappointing revelation. But then again - The Tree in the middle throws that away as Tree is long standing.

I thought about the medical thing too but since it was a love reading didn't make sense.

Going to a clinic, or doc. together -- a health prescription. I see trying to heal through messages, or a letter apologizing.

Perhaps going to the medic/clinic together, but I see needing some time apart.
