Linda looks to heaven for answers while recalling what her Avatar said about Altar.

Canto Seventeen has Linda wallowing in regret. It tries to be sad, but it is actually quite humorous, as Linda seeks answers to her current dark hour without her Twin. She prays to Jesus for answers. It's too long to reproduce in its entirety, but it was so very enLIGHTening to read.

Linda's Gooober had once made a check out to her for One Thousand Kisses. In Canto Seventeen, she finally swallowed her pride and sent him a check for One Thousand Miracles. He returned it to her in the mail--unendorsed--with not even so much as a letter.

As much as we love Linda, I think we forget that she was probably not an easy person to have a relationship with, so we really shouldn't judge him. Still...it's so sad.

I wish they could have worked things out. I think about him sometimes and I truly wonder what happened to him...where he is now in his life, what he thinks of Gooberz, etc. I really want some info. on him!!

But I think if you truly love someone, it doesn't matter if he's "impossible" to live with. You accept the one you love with all his faults. I think that is what true love is, it overcomes all boundaries and it is unconditional. If you love someone, but you leave him because he's impossible to live with, you didn't love him that much after all. That's why I'm wondering about R.B.'s true feelings. But there's always a possibility that they couldn't work through their (obviously difficult) karma in this lifetime and had to leave it for the next one. If this is the case, I'm sure they'll be together again (or they already are... )

Well, I'm not trying to judge R.B., I'd just like to know. Wouldn't we all, right? But something tells me he couldn't handle his karma with Linda and settled for someone calmer and more secure, "the tall sure Scorpio", who probably wasn't such "high maintenance", so he'd have more personal space to work through his own issues.

Again: I'm not judging, just speculating, don't get me wrong

I just like to further explain myself (rather talking to myself too ) because people often misunderstand me, but I really didn't think that you meant me in particular And you only told the truth: we can't judge other people
