greetings. three times over the last few years i am visited, or rather, should i say charged at, by what feels like a huge, hulking, aggressive, unhappy, masculine type force. it occurs when i am doing something mundane by myself. the first time i was alone at my apartment, hanging up clothes in my room and all of a sudden got chills up my spine and felt a gut instinct that something, someone, was coming toward me from the hall. i started to say something then realized it felt like the spirit of something like i described above...charging toward me...i had to scream at it in my head to go away and square off in my doorway and look as intimidating as possible to make it relent. it shook me up but i tried to pass it off as vivid imagination/paranoia....until it happened again. the second time was a bit different...an angry, masculine type force watched me from the windows of my new home as i saged it, circling the house....my dog even began barking and freaking out and hid in my closet, looking scared. the third time i was returning from the bathroom at my ex's house, up the stairs at night...i had a crocheted blanket wrapped around me. all of a sudden i felt charged again as i reached the foot of the stairs...since it has only happened to me when alone (well, with the exception of my sweet dog) i ran up the stairs in hopes that once i got back to my ex it would maybe stop, snagged the blanket, almost fell and jumped into bed, panting. when i explained to my ex what happened and told him the other stories he said it sounded like my shadow self (the ego, dark side, what-have-you) confronting me because i didn't express it enough. ok, so he did have an obsession with my more masculine traits and i do beleive he tried to make me delve into darker realms sometimes to join him in his darkness but i couldn't help but think he had a point...what do ya'll think? these encounters have seriously bothered me and i am ready to understand them, if possible. I am by no means an expert, but I had a similar experience some years ago. I would get a chilling feeling, as if someone or something ominous was in the room, it never made a move, but it felt like it was lurking and waiting for the right time. It was very disturbing. What got rid of it for me was a simple trick for binding and banishing unwanted spirits, I don't even remember exactly where I got it, but I took a small vessle, a box, jar, or other such container that can be closed and I left it a shelf in my room which is where it occured the most, and then I create a trap for the spirit/energy, by visualizing an energy being poured into the container, and I visualized that the energy would perform a simple task for me. I instructed it to surround the entity and pull it into the container and keep it there next time it came around while I was there. I did not feel the unwanted presence again for several days, but when I did, I could almost feel it struggle as my trap pulled it in, then I closed the container and buried it outside. I don't know if it was just symbolic or not, but it certainly got rid of this disturbance for me. Hope that helpsIP: Logged |

thank you. whether or not i try that, i am grateful for the idea. i mean, usually i just will it away but it always comes back, like you said. i am not sure it was the same entity each time, but regardless they all three had similar characteristics. it makes me nervous to think of trapping something though, because what kind of repercussions would that have? esp. if it escaped somehow and came back? obviously i am a bit paranoid and naive in regards to all of this. what do you think happens? is it trapped indefinitely? or just in regards to messing with you? thanks again.IP: Logged | |
