I just calculated the birth number of me and my twin as well as the number of our names and they are 4 and 8, and 3 and 9. What is the significance of these numbers? I recall reading in Star Signs that 4 and 8 are numbers of fate. Can someone please provide more information?

are you serious? 4 and 8 and 3 and 9???? my bfriend if the 4 and 8 thing...and i'm the 3 and 9. i heard the 4 and 8 are the numbers of fate not the 3 and 9 tho. hoever interesting that you have the 3 and 9 within you guys. i 've found the 4 and 8 "fate" to be true. i've seen it in his life through so many examples. phone #'s, even when they are changed, same thing with addresses, licsense plate #s, restaurant table numbers, hospital bed #s, relatives, bdays of friends/enemies.....etc....

It also seems pretty wierd that both of you have extremely similar names. I had an ex-girlfriend who was a 4/8 person who was a Pisces. She never even considered changing her name or anything and seemed to be consciously aware that she was to learn through karma within this life. I didn't notice too many 4's or 8's being attracted though. My current fiance is a Pisces with a 4, and on occasion I think things occur due to it. She's still the most awesome person there is though. I think there are other threads around about how people were influenced by these numbers. I believe they can be fairly powerful.

This is uncanny! My twin and I are the same..4 and 8, 3 and 9..and we're both Pisceans too! There must be some connection here!!! Wow!!!

As far as the 4 and 8 connection to Pisces, that is probably because Pisceans have an above-average chance of being "old souls", and having a karmic mission. A Spirit has to spend at least two lifetimes as each of the other 11 signs before it experiences life under a Piscean Sun. Pisces itself is a combination of the other 11 signs.

I can't say anything about the 3-9 connection, but it's very intriguing. I'll be watching this string to see what you all turn up.

I wonder if the fact that the number 6 falls squarely between 4 and 8, and 3 and 9, means anything. I'm a 6 (birth) and an 8 (name), but the number 7, which falls between them, resonates with me very strongly.
