So Holosync is a meditation product - cd - but wait! Its different! It is said to assist your brain in the meditative state. They say that the cd uses certain beats to take your brain into the different brainwaves of deep meditation. Because you are basically in a meditative state, you get the benefits of meditating- clearer thought processes, less stressed, brighter eyes, more energy, happier, takes more to irritate, and spiritual growth ect. It is said that this also helps to release HGH- the youthful horomone and not stop but lessen the release of cortisone.

They also say it forces your brain to adapt to the beats by making new neural pathways, thus allowing you to think with both sides of your brain. All this is masked with peaceful music that includes the sound of rain and some other sounds I can't remember the name of.

I fell in love with the free demo they sent me a couple of years ago and wanted it ever since. I've done alot of reading on it and a few other comparible products, but I just didn't want to stray away from this.
