Hi Lovelies  Ok, around 7 years ago in my early 20's I was heavily into astral projection, meditation and opening my 3rd eye.
I stopped doing this after a scary experience where I left my body but had a shadow which felt male came towards me and it terrified me. I never wanted to experience that again so blocked myself off. I have a strong intuition and now want to expand on this and feel ready for my 'awakening' again. After reading online about people experiencing shadows while opening their 3rd eye, I see its quite a common thing. Has anyone else experienced this? I have started meditating again so know it wont be long before I have these experiences again, but I feel ready this time, wiser and older to take this on! I’ve been able to see them since childhood. Except on few occasions, I’ve never felt like they’re harmful. They usually just stand at the corner of the room and observe me. I do meditate, but I haven’t tried to open my 3rd eye so far. I’ve astral projected few times unconsciously.IP: Logged |

Wow, this is a great thread and exactly what i needed! I also tried practicing astral projection a couple months ago, during my practice, i felt vibrations and "saw" white light all over my body twice. I believe that's a good starter? I have also heard of the dark shadow people which i am scared of seeing when i do. Do you have any tips for me?------------------
