I would be really interetred to know what you think of his chart.
I don't know if any of you are from the U.K but I remember when David Icke was just a run of the mill football commentator.
He appeared to be a normal guy and then suddenly!!!! he was all over the newspapers acting as if he had gone completely loony tunes.
It was like open season for months with everybody thinking he had had a complete meltdown and that eventually he would be carted off to the padded cell, never to be heard of again.
Not so...
He still seems convinced in what he is saying and I have to admit that to throw up a successful career overnight and open himself up to complete ridicule, well, something pretty radical must have happened.

Not sure about him but boy has he taken it on the chin!

Many people including myself find David Icke to be fascinating and very intelligent.

He discusses the way that things enfolded back then in the 1990's, that time people remember, here:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-685655814036456747

By the way, for all those who might not know much about David- he did not sit down one day and think to himself "I know, I'm going to start talking about shape-shifting reptilians".
The way all that came about was after a number of people came to him and told him their own experiences of such things........

Interesting Quotes by David Icke:

"A gift of truth is the gift of love".

"And why do we, who say we oppose tyranny and demand freedom of speech, allow people to go to prison and be vilified, and magazines to be closed down on the spot, for suggesting another version of history".

"Everyone is a son or daughter of god".

"Have you ever wondered what your subconscious mind looks like? Well today, I can show you".

"I believe that the human race has developed a form of collective schizophrenia in which we are not only the slaves to this imposed thought behavior, but we are also the police force of it".

"I couldn't walk down any street in Britain without being laughed at. It was a nightmare. My children were devastated because their dad was a figure of ridicule".

"I know that you are part of me and I am part of you because we are all aspects of the same infinite consciousness that we call God and Creation".

"In the Atlantean period there were many energies being used and information and knowledge being used which were, for particular reasons of safety, withdrawn, shall we say, to prevent complete catastrophe, to prevent total destruction of your planet".

"Infinite love is the only truth. Everything else is illusion".

"One of my very greatest fears as a child was being ridiculed in public. And there it was coming true. As a television presenter, I'd been respected. People come up to you in the street and shake your hand and talk to you in a respectful way".

"So reports of my madness, as they say, were greatly exaggerated. Not that I give a bu*ger either way".

"The best way of removing negativity is to laugh and be joyous".

"The Earth needs rebels!"

"The members of this Elite are either direct incarnations of the fourth- dimensional Prison Warders or have their minds controlled by them".

"The reason most people don't express their individuality and actually deny it, is not fear of what prime ministers think of us or the head of the federal reserve, It's what their families and their friends down at the bar are going to think of them".

"Today's mighty oak is just yesterday's nut, that held its ground".

My favourite quote of all is the last one.

Some of those quotes are quite old though, and go back to the time in the 90's after having a powerful experience on a mountain in Peru. This was difficult for him to explain to people, therefore they labeled him as a wacko.

Now they're paying more attention to him.

his vocation resonate with the definition of the sabian symbol for his sun:

quote:
(TAURUS 10°): A RED CROSS NURSE.

KEYNOTE: The compassionate linking of all men.

This symbol reveals the feeling of human cooperation at the stage of pure altruism and service to the social Whole. On that foundation of Christ love (agape, or true companionship), man can reach a still higher level of experience made possible by the refinement of the substance of his being, his consciousness and his will. This goes beyond imagination and faith in the future - beyond Christmas tree celebrations - for it implies going into the dark to bring life and love to the tormented and the deprived.

At this final stage of the five-fold sequence we see what is finally open as new potentiality to the "widow before an open grave" — the closing symbol of the preceding sequence. Personal attachment in love to a husband or wife has changed level becoming a CONSECRATION TO HUMANITY.

degree for his rising sign:

quote:
(LIBRA 28°): A MAN BECOMING AWARE OF SPIRITUAL FORCES SURROUNDING AND ASSISTING HIM.

KEYNOTE: The realization, at any level of existence, that one is never alone, and that the "community" — visible or invisible — is sustaining one's efforts.

Every individualized organism is part of a larger organized whole, whether or not it is aware of this or of the sustaining power of the whole. A man, however, can deliberately choose to follow the dark path of ego-isolation which sooner or later always leads to destruction and self-loss in "matter." At the animal level, the whole biosphere is the community; for the ordinary human being, it is the tribe or family, the village community, the nation. As the individual expands his consciousness, he may become aware of a spiritual community, even beyond the "noosphere" (the one Mind of humanity), i.e. the realm of the pure light of the "Supermind," which is what the concept of the "White Lodge" suggests.

This is the third stage of the forty-second five-fold sequence. To the man who has ever so little transcended the world of conflicts, and, for a moment at least, experienced the oneness of all existence, this stage should bring the realization of "belonging" to a greater whole. This produces a state of INNER ASSURANCE.
