Nature has a reason to prohibit us from seeing all past lives. Otherwise you will go mad.

I am not sure how deep can you go if you want to. After all this universe is 15 billion year old....and we became humans possibly millions years ago.

But of all experiences in this life that you can remember including abuses, anger, hatred, etc....try to regress thru them consciously ...with a clear resolution...no garbage should be left. just forgive and let go all people....it does not matter what they did to you ...

Curious about the experience.Would the memory of an entire lifetime come back? One would not have to remember all past lives - the last one would be a good starting point.

I have been trying but no luck.

I have one memory where I am playing a piano, but I am not sure about any of it and it was to quick to really see if it was me, it sure felt like it but as I said, it is hard.

Wouldn't accessing your past lives be "regression" ... what do you really mean by the comment?

when l was a child it was through dreams and then l learnt to control it and now l can pretty much do it conscious whenever l want to!

I have done an enormous amount of work on myself though, and use my abilities on a daily basis so i'm intune with my soul l think.. not sure how to explain it.
