sometimes when i'm about to fall asleep or when i'm too tired to keep awake i FEEl something dense touching me but its not material its just an intense something.... and they sit next to me on bed and pull the matress down :S
but the other day it happened the oposite, they pulled the matress up, like if hercule was trying to lift it up lol!
but in every occasion when i notice this i just kinda ask them to stop telephaticaly because i think i'm crazy lol and then it's over, or i just kill my sensitivity..... because i tend to be very stressd, my muscles get stiff all the time and when im too tired i guess i become overly sensitive when i break down still do u think this is a ghost?

Could be stress/exhaustion induced telekinesis.
I do not feel it was a ghost.
When one is on the edge of sleep,
latent/dormant abilities can manifest.
Such as telekinesis and telepathy.
"If"
it was a discarnate entity,
then in my experience YOU gave it the strength to sense/act physically to you.
Discarnates do not have the power to do such physical things on their own contrary to popular belief.
However an "in body/incarnate" person,
especially children, teens, and distraught or stressed or over tired folks can leak energy to them to use.
Hence why poltergeist activity occurs more often around children and teens.
How did it feel?
Positive?
Negative?
Neutral?

May I ask if you have had anyone else sleep in your bed?
Anyone else visit your room for any reason?
Or is it a previously owned bed?
Or brought in a used object recently?
Could be a resonance if any of the above apply.
Also your age and gender please?
I do not feel it is anything to really worry about though.
