I have this friend who I strongly suspect has psychic abilities. She has once told me that she gets visions at times, hears things, sees auras & etc. She is/was my best friends but now I feel like moving on with life. She's more in the background in my life, not number 1 anymore. Anyways, sometimes I feel like she knows a little too much about me. Things that are personal, that I do not say to anyone, secrets. She will sometimes bring those things up in a conversations. Sometimes she will also...mock me about those things. I have a problem with this because I feel like she knows too much about me while I don't know things about her (basic simple things, not even secrets, I could care less about her secrets). I feel like I don't have privacy. We are in the same group of friends, but she says that she only feels this connection with me. She says that when she first saw me she recognized me right away.She thinks we have lived many past lives together, maybe lovers (yuck). She spends most of her days at home, in her room, trying to find 'The Truth'. I on the other hand, am moving on with my life, going to college, trying to meet new people, working at a job, etc. She just stays at home trying to advance her psychic abilities. My question is: IS there anyway to stop this 'psychic' invasion?
I rarely see/talk to her, maybe once a month only. We were high school bff but high school is over so I find it surprising that she knows so many things about me when we aren't that connected anymore. IP: Logged |

There are a number of things you could that Might help, but you will need belief and a little delving into your own "psychic abilities."
First of all, ask your spirit guides to help you in 1)shielding yourself from this persons energy and 2) in preventing information that you want kept private from reaching her psychically. Even if you do not believe in your spirit guides they are there, ready and waiting for you to ask help and helping you unconsciously otherwise. Just ask in your mind, kindly if they will help you in this plight.
2. In your mind, picture your own aura, bright and beautiful. Imagine yourself/aura with an egg shaped shield around it. Imagine that no negative or unwanted energy can penetrate your aura egg, only the energies that are positive and that you want are allowed to enter. Picture this particular friends thoughts/energy not being able to penetrate this egg/bubble ever, no matter how hard they try or how powerfully psychic they claim to be. Imagine any energy/thoughts she might be sending you as bouncing off of your shield, transforming from negative to positive energy and bouncing straight back to her. Imagine that the things you want kept private stay in your egg and are not penetrable by anything you don't want to. Do this mini meditation everyday for a couple min if you can.
Be firm and believe in yourself/abilities.
You might also want to ask their higher self (in your mind) to please stay out of your business and stop listening to messages they receive about you. IP: Logged |

Maybe that's why I have Sandalwood Soap and Sandalwood Incense by the tub.Sometimes you just instinctively know what to use. I did that with Dandelions once. IP: Logged |

- Physical distance between the two of you will help, and Not sharing any personal information about yourself.
- Visualize a brick wall between you and her when you talk so she cannot access you.
- Ask for her to respect your right to privacy. She can control her messages through her intent and she can control not revealing them to you. She must work on this if she is not able to control this. She can set her intent to act for your highest good.
- You must make up your own mind to sever the connection and be contained in your own energy, know your own boundaries energetically and enforce them, honoring your own needs.
- Eliminate the fear of being "read" as no one can harm you or invade your space without your permission. Set the intention that you have total control of your own energy and space and only allow access to those whom you choose.
