It is disturbing to me and I need your wise advice.

So I just moved home and last night is my first night at the new chamber. It's an old house and the bedroom where I sleep has been abandoned for little more than a year now. Last night I went to sleep at midnight, I didn't feel anything weird or out of place. Around 3 AM groggily I woke up feeling my shoulders've gone cold although I did turn up the heater before going to bed. Then I discovered I didn't have any shirt on, it was when I woke up fully. Last night I wore a t-shirt with a cardigan on top, how the heck can they be removed without me knowing ??? I can accept a cardigan be removed with my tossing and turning at night but a shirt without me having any inkling about the process ? Come on ! And they weren't turned over, it was like I sat up and remove them myself ! I do not have any history of sleep-walking or psycho problem. Well...hell.

I was alternatively ****** off and then scared. It's not like I hasn't lived in a house with ghost lurking but they've never played tricks on me before. Back in Vietnam I did heard stories where ghosts strip you when you're asleep or move you from the bed to the floor without you being aware of it but in France I've never heard any of the like. Can I say this is an asian ghost's style ? There were people who used to sleep in that bedroom more than 2 years ago and they didn't report anything particular.

Details aside, what'd you suggest me to do ? I don't necessarily want to expel the ghost or something, I just want he/she/they to leave me in peace to mind my own business. I was told I'm susceptible to ghosts, I'm sensitive to electricity, getting electrified all the time and it's not mild it actually hurts.

I also have a suspected object : the embroidery stand that I bought 4 weeks ago. It was sale fully mounted. The first night it stayed in my bedroom, I had a vivid nightmare in which I was possessed and haunted then my grandmother (who is dead for more than 10 years) did an exsorcism ritual on me with salt and sulfur. I've been wary of the stand ever since. Could it be a combination of both the object and the old room ?

I feel weird, scared too. Please help, I need any information I can get.

Also, thank you in advance.

when i was younger i would once or twice wake up downstairs naked on the couch and i thought some relative dropped me there. but they didnt, im pretty sure i slept walked. there was a time or two where i woke up naked and (only 1 or 2 times before) and then i just *barely* remembered that i think i did get up in the night and do that. hahaha. so maybe thats what happened. you could also set up a camera to record you maybe but it would work better with a plugged in laptop.

Setting up a camera to record yourself is a good idea.

I'd wait for some more days. I've read that it takes around 21 days for someone to fully settle in their new home, they might settle faster if they have a strong energy.

I experienced something quite similar when I moved to my last flat( from which I've moved already due to different reason). For first 3-4 days, I woke up in the middle of the night for unknown reason. Then I heard footsteps, as if something kept walking to and fro in my bedroom. Sometimes I also heard my doorknob turning. I have this exercise mat on the floor, everytime someone walks on it, it produces some sound.I had placed it on the floor, and I kept hearing that sound for hours, as if someone was walking on it, sometimes the footsteps were so fast as if it was running, sometimes it seemed like it was dancing. Many times, I got up from the bed to check whatever it was which was producing that sound, and everytime I stood up, the sound completely stopped. I could not see it, whatever it was. But I had a feeling that it was someone old who had died in that house, and I had a feeling it was female. The sound resumed again after I returned to bed and tried to sleep, and kept continuing. I could not sleep properly for 3-4 days . At first, I was scared, then I was really p!ssed at it for disturbing my sleep. After few days of being scared and p!ssed, I decided to stop paying any attention to it, I was totally indifferent to it, and guess what? I fell asleep. Those footsteps continued but did not disturb me at all. After a week maybe, the footsteps too disappeared, and I haven't heard them again.

lol @ asian ghost's style. They can't strip me though, I sleep naked.
I do find this really strange, never heard of anyone being stripped by a ghost. Do you live alone ? It might not actually be a ghost you know.

Remove that stand from your bedroom, see if that helps.

And yeah, if it is a ghost, don't bother it, many times I've found that if I don't bother them, they don't bother me.

Yup I wondered about that, if I sleep-walked, that is. But I've never done it before, even when I was young. Now I'm approaching my Saturn Return, I don't think Old Scourge suddenly decides that I'm up for semi strip-tease in the middle of the night.

I didn't have the means to afford a camera and it would be so weird watching myself .
Unconscious strip-tease or not I intend to deep air my room, and bringing some real flowers in. Hopefully the room will feel less cold.

Ahhahaha I should sleep naked the next time and see if I'll wake up fully clothes. Jokes aside, I can understand how you feel, last night I was scared, then ****** off. Maybe after several nights here I will stop caring about it whatsoever. And then maybe it'll let me alone, or maybe I'll stop sleep-walking. By the way I started to see we vietnamese are a paranoid lot.

Thanks guys. I will keep you update.

Oh sorry for not replying sooner. It's been a month since then. Everything has gone back to normal, no more bizarre wake up, although I still wake up in the middle of the night for a week, now and then too.

I suppose it was my weak energy. Usually when I move house there's a "try out" period where I encounter weird events. It's rather disturbing tbh. But I can feel the room is warming up to me , I'm settling in nicely.

"Life is like a box of crayons. Most people are the 8-color boxes, but what you're really looking for are the 64-color boxes with the sharpeners on the back. I fancy myself to be a 64-color box, though I've got a few missing. It's okay though, because I've got some more vibrant colors like periwinkle at my disposal. I have a bit of a problem though in that I can only meet the 8-color boxes. Does anyone else have that problem? I mean there are so many different colors of life, of feeling, of articulation...so when I meet someone who's an 8-color type...I'm like, 'hey girl, magenta!' and she's like, 'oh, you mean purple!' and she goes off on her purple thing, and I'm like, 'no - I want magenta!'"
