Approximately 5 billion years ago, there existed a non-physical civilization of beings throughout the Milky Way Galaxy, that were of a human form when manifested as a Light Body. These beings co-existed with the Dolphin Frequency and the Lion Frequency entities.ET Dolphins and the Ari,on a a world that orbited a star near the center of the universe,in the direction of the constellation Lyrae as seen from Earth.

When the entered into physical reality, the Lyraens became a predominantly ET civilization, which could manifest in physical reality, but did not rely on it for physical survival, and could easily return to pure electromagnetic energy at will.Having been originally sexless, the Lyraens split into 2 sexes, amle and female, upon entering physical reality.

They became a great civilization of beings not limited by the constraints of physicality, and quite in touch with their Oversouls.Because of their psychic abilities, mtheir physical form possessed an enormous pineal eye,
very large for a pineal gland,in the center of their foreheads, with which they could see past and future, introspect deeply, and visualize and create anything they desired.

Lyrae was a paradise of untold proportions. If a fruit was picked from a tree, another would immediately re-appear in its palce. The human mind had near total control over its environment. There was no strife, starvation or any concept of lack or scarcity.

However,as a result of the incredible creative capacity of the Lyraens, each individual was constantly evolving and moving into different mind-patterns.As time passed, these mind-patterns became more repetitive and solidified into the genetics and soul personality.Different appearances and races were created within the Lyraen race.Cultures branched into sub-cultures.Division began.

Due to favoritism for each of the 12 rays of frequency and energy in the Mind of God,12 separate Lyraen races and cultures were created.A 13 energy, the totality of the 12,manifested in the form of a single ruling force,
to govern over the 12 Lyraen tribes.A hierarchical structure was created, centered on a single figure, known as Henok, that presided as the Lyraen Emperor. This being is sometimes referred to as "the good king" or "the
merry king" by ancient texts that speak of this time symbolically.

Henok was a mixture of the Lyraen and Ari frequencies. He could manifest as a winged lion with violet eyes and a golden mane at will.He was recognized as the protector of the laws, the Code of Brotherhood.

Although he kept law and order in the Lyraen Empire,Henok,a benevolent ruler in touch with his own Oversoul and the Oversouls of all his people, did not interfere with their evolutionary development or the changes that occured in their mind-patterns.he merely fulfilled whatever consequences the Oversouls sought for their own soul-personalities.As a result, there was nothing to stop the continual division between the 12 races.

Over 1 billion years ago,a vortex opened, connecting an alternate universe. The Old Universe, with this one. This occured in the Milky Way Galaxy, int he star system....Lyrae.From this portal arrived a group of less than 100 beings, who, attaching to Lyraen genetics, created physical bodies for themselves which would match the frequency of this universe.Meeting first with the council of Henok, they prsented themselves as Guests from another space and time. They told of how they came as ambassadors of an Emperor from another universe, likening him to Henok, and praising the Lyraens for their beautiful aetheric civilisation.

Henok was sceptical of their motives, but did not prevent the Guests from interacting with his people. They created a colony for themselves in an area on Lyrae's surface. They were all male, and thus incapable of increasing their population. However, they mused, the Lyraens could become offspring of another sort,if they were made to reflect their image,
and to re-create their culture. And so,the guests became teachers. The subject of their teachings was physicality.Orating and demonstrating, the
guests filled the Lyraens' hearts and minds with wonderment over the incredible possibilities that existed in physicality.Henok gave his warning: they were to choose a path,Left or Right; to remain in an etheric state,or to descend into physical reality.

After hundreds of years of experimentation with physical existence, the 12 Lyraen tribes made their decision.Down the Lefthand Path they decended to continue their physical experiences.Henok did not interfere with their choice.

Now that they were spending most of their time as dense, physical beings, the Lyraens became mortal, enchanted in the Ring Of Time.Having departed from the Garden of their former existence, they entered into a Wilderness of solidity. For approximately 40 million years, they lived in this way, mostly physical, but possessing enormous mental powers.Despite their physicality, they were for instance capable of levitating objects,
creating things from air,and communicating telepathically across unlimited distances. They knew not famine or warfare for this entire epoch.

The Tribes soon created their own forms of government, and lost some of their pure connection with Henok and his original Empire.Over time, the society degenerated further,as the 12 races formed tribes beneath them,
and the tribes formed groups beneath them, and so on;until division was everywhere, and there was little cohesion in Lyraen society besides that kept by Henok and his council.

However, and end would come to this era.40 million years of physical civilisation and it was all...to end.Henok foresaw the destiny of his people. He saw their ruin, but did nothing to impede its coming, for it was a mind
pattern,a fate brought about by their very thoughts and mass consciousness.Seeing past and future, many of the Lyraens themselves began to flee from their homeworlds, into regions of the galaxy already occupied by non-physical aspects of Henok's Empire.

Far from Lyrae,in the binary star system Alpha Draconis,a new Empire stirred into making.Ruled with a fist of iron, its people were of a form totally alien to the Lyraens, though their very genetics were used in the creation of these people.Androgynous and harsh, the Draco were a new kind of physical force to the Milky Way Galaxy-a hive minded cult of serpents that served and Astral Master.....

Bila, one of 14 inhabited planets in the Lyrae star system, was the home of the first Lyraen population to encounter reptilians.Agricultural in nature, the Bilans knew nothing of warfare at this time. They were astonished,as
well as fearful, when an enormous craft steered into orbit around their world. From this craft descended a cadre of Ciakar diplomats. These were tall, winged reptilian beings with white scales. The Lyraens met them with awe and caution. The reptilian population, who had never seen humans before, were very fearful of this non reptilian race. The Ciakars feared very
little, however, and were more interested in the extensive and abundant resources of this alien world. The Draco and Lyraens came to a treaty on Bila, and it was not long before their scientists and philosophers were exchanging technology and information. The Ciakars enticed the Tribes into learning the art of warfare. The Lyraens began to reflect theie Reptilian cousins, and even created systems of mind-control to keep the populations in line.

In their naivety, the Lyraens failed to recognize the bigotry that was taught to Draconian young, the racism and belligerance fostered by their culture, and most dire of all, they failed to recognize that they,in particular, were increasingly becoming the subject of Schoalr Caste lectures regarding the evil and degeneration of societies which did not possess Order.

It was too late before they finally reciognized the Draconian threat, when a comet was hurled at Bila, and the planet invaded by Reptilians. The brutality of the tactics employed sickened Lyraen diplomats,to the point that they cut off all ties with the Ciakars. This fostered division between the Draco and Lyraen civilizations.

As a result of the power lust of the tribal rulers, and the now vast differences in their ideologies, the Lyraens became embroiled in civil war. For the first time in all history, humans waged war against other humans in destructive combat. For hundreds of years, the Lyraens raped, pillaged and murdered each others cities, colonies, and morale.Seeing this ,the Draco began to portray the Lyraens as a Chaos Monster that needed to be slain, to save the universe from its insanity. In their civilization,it was unheard of for a race to turn on itself.

The Ciakars saw this state of affairs as an opportunity to expand their Empire. In addition, the Transparent race encouraged them to lead a campaign to invade Lyrae. There is evidence that the Transparent race
actually created the Draco originally for the purpose of trying and testing the Lyraens. The Ciakar thiu began to rally their population for war.A reflection of the Old Empire, the Draconians were fearsome and ruthless, stopping at nothing for the sake of control.By means of fear, rallying and mind control, they were riled into a fury over their birthright,as the true inheritors of this galaxy. The Lyraens were made out to be invaders, and were no seen as degenerate, and socially fragmented. In addition,as originally non physical beings, they had no right to exist in a universe properly owned and controlled by reptilians. This was of course a doctrine founded on mistruths, but so with all religions, and to the believers,to the Draco population,it was not merely truth, but apsolute and vital fact.

Driven by this dogma, and under the immutable command of their Transparent Overlords, the Draco military moved in for the kill, their predatory eye, gleaming with fire, set upon the jewel of Lyrae....

While the Lyraens faught each other, they were a sitting duck for the reptilian forces. In they came from the depths of space, driving thousands
of comets filled with warriors. When they descended on Lyraen soil, they literally began to tear apart and eat their enemies.Horrified, the Lyraens began a mass exodus from their 14 homeworlds. All 12 tribes made their
own attempts to escape, banding together only now that their entire civilization was in jeopardy. However, many Lyraensmnot wanting to allow their world to fall so easily into Draconian hands, remained, and fought back. The reptilians experienced many major acts of brutality and destruction from the Lyraen side. When a craft containing several of their winged Ciakars was destroyed,it was not merely an attack on their most sacred physical lineage-it was and affront to their religion. Subsequently, the Draco used weapons to destroy the planets Bila,Teka, and Merck.

Seven of the Lyraen tribes then attaacked a Draconian outpost, destroying a planet. They even sent comets raining upon the Alpha Draconis home system.desperate for revenge, the reptilians created a black hole and used it to destroy Lyrae. The resulting explosion was so great that it distorted space and time. The entire Lyraen star system was annihilated in a matter of days. The resulting devestation was so great that the after effects are still detectable today in the form of a vast radiation wave that fans out from an area in the central region of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Following the destruction of their home system, some of the Lyraens escaped into an alternate universe, which is a fraction of a second out of synchronicity with his one.The Lyraen races went to several different star systems. These included among hundreds of others,Rigel and other stars in the Orion region, the Pleiades,Arcturus,Procyon,Alpha and Proxima Centauri,Barnard Star and the Sol system.

The Lyraens are thus the ancestors of all human races in the galaxy and universe.

The Sirius A's aided the Lyraens in their effort to exist as physical forms, and for this purpose brought Dolphins from the Andromeda Galaxy in an alternate universe called the Dal Universe, where the ancestral energy of the LYrens,Sirians and Dolphins incarnated in an intelligent marine lifeform.Physical dolphin genetics, mixed with the Lyraens and Lion Frequency was used to create physical bodies that would remain physical.

As a result of the dolphin genetics, humans possessed no hair on their body.Human infants possessed an indentation, the fontanel, which is in their bone structure a remnant of dolphin genetic coding for a blowhole.

Humans are physically designated to exist in a semi-aquatic environment.
The original Lyraen homeworls was covered in 90% salt water.Much of this was shallow ocean inhabited by marine mammals.Humans would wade in these shallow regions with their heads above the water while their
young would cling to them.

End

Where is henok today ?

He is the next step for those who connect to their oversouls, being as he is the oversouls of lyrean oversouls.

Where is Henok.Probabaly waiting to lead another great race.He still exists. He would probably have interactions with the Krel.He took a neutral stance and allowed them to play out their destiny. The destiny they themselves chose.

I agree...interesting tale....
but yes...source/link please.

I see a few elements that are vaguely of things I have discovered, but this tale above has the good guys and bad guys all confused, and labels skewed, and it goes too far over into new age "stock/cult" stories. Seems each generation has its variations on these matters.

The human attitude... empathy, positive regard for others and congruence.

They are our basic attitudes regardless of where we came from. What stops us from expressing these qualities are not ego but lack of ego which manifests as insecurity, self-consciousness, fear and bias... etc.

Essentially like Carl Rogers I believe in the goodness of humanity...

"Following the destruction of their home system, some of the Lyraens escaped into an alternate universe, which is a fraction of a second out of synchronicity with his one"

If this is true how out of sync with each other are we to each other... living half a second or more out of tune. In a sense we each live in our own universe....The question is where do you want to live? In a destructive society or a reconstructive one? I believe that from from being a slave to mass consciousness that the choice is yours to decide. From your perspective you can literally change your future of Earth by choosing what universe to live in from the implications of your respect for yur fellow woman/man.

I do not believe we are under the whim of God's and races, I believe we are God's and our creative potential, as yet not fully understood is still in operation regardless.
Choose what future of the Earth you want to be a part of......

Might sound simple but what about the emotional/psychological spiritual ties we have to others who are choosing (consciously or unconsciously) a destructive future for the Earth. It will happen regardless as all possible futures will?
Therein lies the choice... what is heaven without the ones you love?

"There must be some way out of here," said the joker to the thief,
"There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief.
Businessmen, they drink my wine, plowmen dig my earth,
None of them along the line know what any of it is worth."

"No reason to get excited," the thief, he kindly spoke,
"There are many here among us who feel that life is but a joke.
But you and I, we've been through that, and this is not our fate,
So let us not talk falsely now, the hour is getting late."

All along the watchtower, princes kept the view
While all the women came and went, barefoot servants, too.

Outside in the distance a wildcat did growl,
Two riders were approaching, the wind began to howl http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIhtafqZvy8

Yes, it is each, one's self identity, which if not secure and sure, that lack of ego does indeed manifest as insecurity.
Egotism is not ego, but the overcompensation and is related to conceit which is part of the insecurity package.

I disagree. Ego is a secure sense of self which makes one whole, and yes separate from others, not needing the validation of others to feel whole. When one is ego aware and are their own best friend, enjoying their own company, then they are able to choose to reach outside of self to connect with others by choice not out of a need or yearning to complete or fix the ego/self.
I hope that made sense.

i understand, lexx, what you and quinnie are getting at but there is a healthy ego and a distorted one. having been shy when younger i recognize that insecurity is framed in a feeling of being separate from others...of course this is part of ego's function, to shape an identity without which we cannot function!! what i am trying to get at is that the best cure for shyness and insecurity is to remember you are not the ONLY person in a transaction, ie including others in your world!! and getting over the need to be seen as perfect, whatever that is!!

therefore i will agree to disagree on this small point. i am not blaming anyone for being retiring or less than confident but again the best cure for it is to look outside yourself and let other people in, understand that they have a lot of the same feelings; shyness is a form of self-centredness, albeit a MEEK one!!

on the other hand i don't consider ego to be an evil thing in itself. only when one gets carried away with it...

My shyness, anxiety, insecurity, low self esteem, and by being ashamed started when I was in special education and when I was aware of being different from the other children and my problems with communicating verbally with others as well as just being overall different from others. The more I got picked on,teased, and called names for my differences, the more shy, anxious, insecure, ashamed,my self esteem lessened. The abuse of my parents didn't help either. The extreme critical nature of my stepfather who seemed neurotypical and the impatience of my mother who was dealing with her own neurodivergence. The shyness, anxious, insecurity, shame tend to be with things that I was weak at like speaking, listening, use of motor skills, and eye contact. I feel that all of it was connected to being an ultrasensitive (physiologically) person.

My mother told me that my father was shy, anxious just like I was,and he had all the difficulties that I just listed. It was a no-brainer to see that he was a very insecure man. My mother told me that she was always shy too. She didn't like to talk much because she was afraid of saying something stupid. She also has problems with eye contact and listening too. Her fine motor skills are fine, but her gross motor skills - well people didn't want to pick her for games as a kid. My mother is an ultrasensitive type, and she told me that my father was too. I think it was much harder for my father because he was a black man. He was also a lot more idealistic than my mother was,and that probably added with his difficulties. He was 13 years older than my mother. You'd think that it would be the other way around. In some ways,my mother was more mature than my father. She would even speak for him when he was very nervous when around people that he didn't know. He would stutter when he was with people that he knew.

You will find that a lot of neurodivergents have problems with shyness, anxiety, insecurity, shame.

Those are things that I raise awareness as a neurodiversity advocate. That's what I continue to raise awareness as future president, executive director of Developmental Neurodiversity Association. I am going to have a psychiatric disorder page on my website. Neurodivergents tend to be more prone to have psychiatric disorders like depression and anxiety compared to neurotypicals. The symptoms of neurodivergence strongly overlap with psychiatric disorders, and so they are more likely to be misdiagnosed which also tends to increase their anxiety, insecurity, and low self esteem. I know this from personal experience.

There is a book called SMART BUT STUCK Emotional Aspects Of Learning Disabilities And Imprisoned Intelligence by Myrna Orenstein, PhD http://www.amazon.com/Smart-but-Stuck-Disabiliti es-Intelligence/dp/078900853X/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1269964785&sr=1-2

I am not sure if it has anything to do with selfishness. I think that their difficulties combined with their experiences and environment do factor.

Dypraxia,Dyslexia,Dyscalculia,AD/HD,Autistic Spectrum (includes Aspergers),and Tourette Syndrome are in one neurodivergent spectrum, especially when most have more than 1 neurodivergent condition. Co-morbidity tends to be the norm and not the exception. Difficulties in relation to their neurodivergence can lead to them being shy indeed. It's common knowledge to people who work with special education needs people.

The shyness, anxiety might even be physiological.

Dr. Harold N. Levinson think that it be connected to the inner ear. http://www.dyslexiaonline.com/information/phobias.html http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0871315394/dyslexiaonline

In his book, SMART BUT FEELING DUMB, Dr. Levinson wrote the smarter that a neurodivergent is,the dumber he/she tends to feel. It's because he/she is high aware of their difficulties and how he/she is viewed by others. He understands the emotional difficulties that many neurodivergents have in connection to their neurodivergence.

Oh yeah..world famous autistic, autism advocate,Dr. Temple Grandin takes prozac aka Fluoxetine.

This from Dr. Temple Grandin:
Medications for Kanner/Asperger Types

At puberty, I had severe problems with anxiety, nervousness, and sensitivity to touch and sound. The anxiety felt like a constant state of stage fright for no reason. On the worst days I felt like I was being stalked by a gunman. Proper use of the right medication changed my life. My speech became more modulated, and I became more social when the anxiety eased. The individuals with anxiety and nervousness problems are likely to respond well to small doses of antidepressant drugs such as clomipramine (McDougal et al. 1992 and Gordon et al. 1993) and fluoxetine (Cook et al. 1992). Low doses of antidepressant drugs must be used to prevent problems with agitation and irritability.

Several papers I have read on the use of antidepressants in autism have stated that the beneficial effect of the drug wore off in several weeks or months. When the dose was raised, there were problems with insomnia, restlessness, and agitation. These side effects are caused by an overdose of the antidepressant; and if they occur, the dose must be immediately lowered. I have been on the same low dose for twenty years. When I first stated taking antidepressants, the effect wore off in four months and the anxiety returned. I remained on the same dose and the drug started to work again several weeks later. If the effect of an antidepressant appears to wear off and anxiety or bad behaviors returns do not raise the dose. Remain on the same dose and the antidepressant will usually start working again after the relapse period passes. Find the lowest dose that works effectively and NEVER raise it. Fluoxetine is recommended if the EEG shows abnormalities because it is less likely to cause an epileptic seizure. Another advantage of fluoxetine is it has fewer uncomfortable side effects. Anecdotal reports from other adults with autism indicate that fluoxetine improved their lives. Fluoxetine and other antidepressants should be used very sparingly in children.

The use of powerful medications in young children is a controversial area. Medications given when the brain is developing may possibly have a permanent effect on the development of neurotransmitter systems. Some medications may be very harmful, but there is also a possibility that some may be beneficial. One must always balance risk versus benefit. A good rule of thumb is that a medication should have an obvious, fairly dramatic effect. Research has shown that very young autistic children have abnormally low levels of serotonin in their brain compared to normal children (Chugani et al., 1999). Medications such as fluoxetine and other serotonin reuptake inhibitors will increase serotonin levels in the brain. Maybe this would be good for the young autistic brain. Rat research has now shown that fluoxetine may promote the development of serotonin circuits in the brain (Wegerer et al., 1999). At this time nobody knows if fluoxetine is good or bad for young autistic children.
http://www.autism.com/families/therapy/visual.htm

I am not into taking psyche meds. I have decided to drink chamomile tea daily and nightly to deal with my issues with nervousness. I already take a multivitamin with strong Vitamin B complex and algae capsules for DHA. I first read about it in Dr. Elaine Aron's book, THE HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON.

In her book, she wrote that highly sensitive people have high cortisol (stress-hormone) which leads to depletion of serotonin. Therefore stress can lead to depression which are often treated with SSRI's which have to do with treating deficient serontonin levels.

Neurodivergents (especially autistics) tend to be ultrasensitive to environmental influences. Therefore, they will have much higher levels of cortisol leading to great depletion of serotonin that leads to depression.

Depression and anxiety tend to overlap with each other and be comorbid with each other.

Depression, anxiety, and things related to it aren't necessarily ego issues, character flaws. It can be physiological.

i want to be very clear that i did not use the word selfishness for a reason, but self-centredness. which is a different thing altogether although sometimes others may confuse the two. and that i was talking about something i myself suffer from - it was meant as no criticism of anyone, just a description of a mechanism which may indeed not apply to neurodivergents. though personally i think the more neurodivergence is studied the more it will be discovered that EVERYBODY is wired uniquely.

also that your multivitamin,, raymond, probably could be bettered with some extra vitamin D, since people who suffer from anxiety and depression often have issues with that vitamin. especially darker skinned people...also people with parkinson's disease which is a neurological problem have vitamin d problems tho no one is sure yet whether the presence or absorption is the problem.

Hi Kat, I disagree with you! when you wrote that "shyness is a form of self-centredness",
I think it's a form of self-consciousness and can accompany self-preoccupation which is not the same as being completely self-serving...

I understand what you are saying though. I was shy myself and I learned to overcome it by realising that there was more than just me in a transaction but also that the other person is possibly feeling the same way, and will more than likely have at least experienced or will experience all the same feelings I have, at some point in their life.

Self-centredness is a form of taking responsibility for your life, for your actions and so to a healthy degree everyone should act from a position of self for healthy interactions to occur.

It's all trial and error... and I believe that those who are self-serving are holding onto a part of themselves with which they are insecure about. That doesn't give it an excuse though.

Well..the thing about neurodivergence

according to Developmental Adult Neurodiversity Association (DANDA):

In contrast, a minority of people, i.e. the Neuro-Diverse (NDs), have a cognitive profile, which shows many peaks and troughs, denoting significant disparity between the best and worst of their information processing (NB This is different from the case of having a uniform low level of performance throughout). The processing differences are present from birth, and are independent of any basic physical malfunctions, for example, of eyes, ears or limbs. It is thought that 10% of the population are significantly ND, with many more having some degree of neuro-divergence.

Put simply, ND people have had a condition from birth, which gives them difficulties in some basic skills areas, which cannot be explained by any physical disability or by their level of intellectual or reasoning ability. Specific Learning Difficulties and the, possibly more preferred term, Multi-Specific Processing Difficulties, are other ways of describing these problems.

NDs are more likely to be 'extreme machines' than NTs, that is, they are either brilliant or useless at things and rarely mediocre. They may, on occasion, appear to be average at some tasks. However, this may be due to brilliance at one aspect being cancelled out by being useless at another aspect of the same activity.

The rules of easy and difficult tend not to work for NDs, and in many cases are actually reversed. For some, complex mathematical analysis is 'a walk in the park', whereas an actual walk in the park (if they have to cross a busy road to get there and then cannot find the exit, when they remember that they should have been somewhere else half an hour ago, and the temperature is too hot for them to cope with) can be a nightmare.

DANDA lists the 6 major neurodivergent conditions: Dyspraxia,Dyscalculia,Dyslexia,Autistic Spectrum,Tourette Syndrome, and AD/HD which overlap with each other in symptoms and tend to be co-morbid with each other.

I chose the Metatron cube with its 6 outside circles and points to represent the 6 Neurodivergent Conditions.

I chose the name, Developmental Neurodiversity Association for my nonprofit because it's based on DANDA but for all ages. It's acronym, DNA suggests genetic neurodivergence which I feel is much different from acquired neurodivergence. I believe that it is the genetic neurodivergence that involves major strengths and not just major weaknesses. These are the types that are referred in the special education field as "twice exceptional" The problem is that that it gets looped with acquired neurodivergence, and it's viewed the same. This seems to go especially for people with AD/HD and Autistic Spectrum. The nonverbal autistics are given the wrong IQ tests, and so they are considered as having low intelligence. That can be a reason why some people think autism is caused by vaccines that lead to brain damage. IQ tests won't work for many neurodivergents that are primarily visual, picture thinkers with weaknesses in verbal, word processing.

Metatron Cube also hints at the Indigo,Crystal personality types which I believe that are mainly genetic neurodivergents that are metaphysically oriented. I believe that many are. Many neurodivergents keep metaphysical experiences to themselves. The fact is that half of schizophrenics have a history of developmental delays in language/speech and motor skills/coordination which are signs of neurodivergence. The traits of schizophrenia overlap with those of neurodivergence like poor coordination, short term/working memory problems,disorganization,left/right confusion, speech disturbances, and other things.
Metaphysical perceptions aren't recognized by psychiatric community, and so people with metaphysical perceptions are often diagnosed as schizophrenic.

I even believe that this correlates with having strong transneptunian energy. This is definitely true in my case. I have very strong transneptunian energy. I made a point in another thread about how discoveries of the big transneptunians corresponded with my journey in understanding myself as a neurodivergent.

"also that your multivitamin,, raymond, probably could be bettered with some extra vitamin D, since people who suffer from anxiety and depression often have issues with that vitamin. especially darker skinned people...also people with parkinson's disease which is a neurological problem have vitamin d problems tho no one is sure yet whether the presence or absorption is the problem. "

I have been taking a whole food multivitamin that has 200 percent Vitamin D. There are many causes for depression and anxiety. I even pointed out about High sensitivity-high cortisol levels-low serotonin. Hormonal Imbalances can be a cause. Testosterone used to be as an antidepressant for males. Males with high estrogen levels are more sensitive, emotional, and prone to stress and depression compared to other males. That's why I take one especially for men. I have already been confirmed to have high estrogen levels. My index fingers longer than my ring fingers suggests genetic. Cerebellar vestibular system problems can factor too. I showed the stuff from Dr. Harold N. Levinson who even diagnosed me as having that. He believed that neurodivergent conditions stem from cerebellar vestibular dysfunction, but I think it's the other way around. The extreme sensitivity to an environment can be the source. Dr. Temple Grandin explained about her issues, and that she takes prozac for them. Omega 3 fatty acid defienciences can factor into anxiety and depression. They definitely can cause a person to be overemotional, hypsersensitive. Omega 3 fatty acid deficiences are strongly connected to neurodivergent conditions too. I believe that Omega 3 fatty acid defiencies can be the result of being a neurodivergent whose ultrasensitive nervous systems lead them to burn more Omega 3 fatty acids than a neurotypical does which leads to needing a greater replenishment of Omega 3's.
The are arguments for "what comes first..the chicken or the egg"
It's always good to look at both sides.

Depression and Anxiety could just stem from insecurity, low self esteem from experiences dealing with difficulties and the environment that they are in. I already made a point of that too. My anxiety started around the time I started school. It got worse when I was placed in special education and treated differently by regular school children. Abuse at home made it worse too. I had some problems with depression as a teenager. The depression became a big problem when I was in the navy. It was triggered by stress. I didn't know anything about Astrology until 1998. I didn't know about being an empath and having an issue of being extremely receptive to the energies of others until I learned about it in Astrology. I didn't know about neurodivergent conditions until 2003. Until then, I believed that I was stupid and incompetent. Better awareness and understanding of people's neurodivergent conditions have helped people lessen their insecurity, low esteem as they understand that they are not stupid nor incompetent.

even brain degeneration diseases can cause Depression and anxiety.

I have a friend that has Lupus and is Lupus advocate, and she has depression in connected to her Lupus. Autoimmune disease like Lupus can attack the brain which can lead to brain dysfunctions that can lead to psychiatric symptoms. She takes antidepressants for it. She is also an ultrasensitive type that is metaphysically oriented.

All this stuff is covered in my blog that I included in my signature.

I have stuff on metaphysical, but it's more about stuff about the use of the mind's eye, imagination, visual thinking, disorientation, confusion in connection to the theories of Ron Davis and Dr. Harold Levinson.

I believe Indigo,Crystal stuff is relevant but doesn't apply to a certain generation. I believe that these personality types always existed. I believe that people that were burnt at the stake were probably Indigo,Crystal types. There is no telling what people did to people with extreme neurodivergences in the old days. They probably were seen as being possessed or influenced by the Devil.
