I definitely believe that people can send out bad energy if they want what you have or whatever.

But I also feel like that is no way to live. Don't let people know how good your life is, or a jealous person will send out bad vibes.

No one is happy all the time. Rejoice in the good times. I feel like if someone sends out bad vibes to you for solely being jealous or whatever...it will bite them in the arse sooner or later.

Plus not everyone is a jelly belly. And some people are seriously happy and bless you for their good times.

And some people get inspired when they see that you did something cool and you can be a trend setter in a way. It feels really good when I notice this.

I know people can get jealous of me or whatever, but I can't imagine putting my head down and hiding it because of that.

I believe in psychic malice too. Or if someone is really mad at someone is really mean. I guess that still counts as malice.

That is seriously what keeps me going, are the people who are routing for me while I am going though stuff.

I'm a big believer in protection as well. Because having resting smile face can be enough to make someone else's blood boil, when they don't even take the time to get to know you.

Or uncomfortable situations where the person doesn't want to follow the rules, and/or the person is just ignorant. Even if you are clearly in the right and the person's stuff stinks they can still be irrationally angry at you.

Yes not every good thing needs to be broadcasted. It's good to take joys in the simple pleasers. And for the big pleasures I went to this beautiful day spa on the honey moon since there was also a pool and I went from place to place in my swim suit I did not take my phone with me. So it really was a private experience that wasn't every bodies business. Because FB is for friends, frenimies are a very real thing. When there is a battle going on but the people are putting a mask on to keep up appearances.

I also talked to my husband to be more mindful about posting. It was spontaneous and cute that he FB checked us in at the airport before our flight. But then one of his friends was like "heyy dude I'm gonna be in Cancun too. We should meet up" But he wasn't getting there until our last night there, and at a different resort.
I was kind of like this is our honeymoon, we don't need to stressing about how to meet up with him. We are only here for 5 days.

I also don't believe in posting updates while on the trip. Because if someone your friends list is sketchy it's like announcing hey I'm not home, rob my house!

My friends who throw big parties have wised up when they do party invites through FB. Like not posting the address and if someone doesn't know it, privately message one of the hosts. Another rule they do now is invite only, meaning don't show up with random people, and if you want to bring someone who wasn't invited ask the host first. My other friend who is like this wised up too because there was a 16 year old doing cocaine in her garage.

We can only control so much and yes we shouldn't have to just take this energy of the perpetrator. Violence is last resort. I am talking about self defense here, or to protect someone else's life. If the person is not threatening my life to that extreme I'm glad there are options like visualizing white light, garnet, or even just leaving the toxic environment.

My mom had a patient who told her that she cursed somebody and took it back. My melatonin is kicking in great so I think I'll save that one for another day.

One of her patients had/has gypsy ancestors.

The patient told her how she cursed her ex husband with a family ring that had Latin on it I think. Well I guess she had some paranormal activity in her home that was coming from the ring.

From what I remember she had a priest come over. The first time he came in. He froze up and then left the home.

The next time when he found out it was coming from the ring, he told her to get rid of it and uncurse her ex husband.

On another site, someone was asking about how to deal with RSD, and another person told them that they assume the best of intentions, from the other person. I used to do that. Most of my life, that was me. I don't feel it anymore. I am now back to expecting the worst.
