Hello,You had posted a question here - something about a friend who had their real birthday on the 13th and because of school registration in India had it changed on the records to the 15th. Hello,
I posted that question. I don't remember exactly how I worded it, but you've got the gist of it - that he was born on the 13th, but all current legal documents list his birthdate as the 15th. Any opinions on what influence or effects the #15 may have on him? Coincidentally, my birthdate is also the 15th.
I have no idea what happened to my original post either!

I think your friend would have the energy of both numbers 13 and 15.I would think your friend's birth certificate would have to still be the 13th and if so, any documents he fills out would have to also be the 13th in order to be legal. If he celebrates his birthday on the 15th and other people think it is on the 15th and he identifies with the 15th, then that number will become more intensified. But the original energy is still there. I think that your being a 15/6 would help to intensify the 15/6 energy in your friend. His name could also influence which number is more dominant. while i agree with jai mostly, i would like to add that there is no way one can avoid the undeniable stamp of their own date and time of birth. thinking of it from a purely astrological point of view, your friend being born on say the 13th of august would make him a leo and depending on the exact time and location he would have his moon and other planets in a particular sign. however if he goes through life thinking he was born on the 15th, it does not change the actually pattern of planetary vibrations that guide his personality, actions and so on and so forth. there is no way to shake that off. nor will he be able to avoid the karma, good or bad associated with his birth compound number of 13 and single compound number of 4.
although like raj said, the more people think and associate him with the number 15, the more he's going to feel the 15/6 vibration in his life. but i feel like one's birth number is just that powerful and is a key in unlocking the karma of one's present life.
