Do you guys think the suggestions on this page are theoretically grounded? / worth considering? The sources listed at the end look good. I'm a 3 day, so wondering if I should avoid 15, and 24...

Why should you avoid 15 or 24 if you're a 3? Were you a 4 or an 8, you should have avoided 15... and 4 and 8 are advised to avoid each other when possible. Other than that.. na.
