Topic: Help with Changing names

i am changing my maiden name....my birth number is 4 and i want some good number. The choices I have come out to 14 or 19. The 19 is best but it sounds really funny, so i would rather go with the 14 to sound better. Does anyone think 14 is a good number?IP: Logged |

Magnetic communication with the public through writing, publishing, and all media-related matters is associated with the 14. Periodic changes in business and partnerships of all kinds are usually beneficial. Dealing with speculative matters brings luck; likewise, movement and travel associated with combinations of people and nations can be fortunate. However, both gains and losses are sometimes temporary, due to the strong currents of change, which are ever-present. 14 warns of danger from accidents related to natural elements, i.e.: fire, flood, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, tempests, and so forth. Rely on the intuition, the self, the voice within. The Prince of Heaven
19 is one of the most fortunate and favorable of all Compound numbers. It is symbolized as the Sun, and is called the Prince of Heaven because it indicates victory over all temporal failure and disappointment. It blesses the person or entity represented by it with all of the power of the Compound number 10, without the danger of abuse inherent in the 10. This number promises happiness and fulfillment--success in all ventures as well as in the personal life. Of course, if 19 is the same number, it must be considered along with the birth number, which might not be as fortunate. So nothing is perfect, but regardless of the influences of another, possibly negative number, the 19 will smooth the path and greatly dilute any negative vibrations one must deal with in the full numerological analysis. so unless you are involved in some sort of activity in the media,given the choice i between 14 and 19 i would choose 19. this is not to say that 14 is not a good number, but the tide of changes associated with it would make me think twice about it. specially since the number 4 is involved...in the end however it is your personal preference.

hi there! i am glad I found this forum! there is a lot of useful information here..  My first name is Linda and my last name is Kxx. Both add up to 11. That number is not so good, so I was trying to find a good middle initual to offset the number 11.
I think i would use the middle initial for emails, and printing checks. Does anyone think if this would help? between 11 and 19, i thought there was only 14 and 19 that were good..am i right? btw, funny how i picked sassygl s my screename, it adds up to 8!! ( i am a 4) thanks!!!! IP: Logged |

I agree. I'd go with 19. But between 11 and 19, there's also 13, 15, and 17.------------------

Linda has a typo in the 19 description..."same" should be "name."------------------

I agree that 19 would be the best number to go with. But here's the dilemma... If Linda = 14/5 and K__ = 6 and the total = 11 (do I have this right?), then you would need an initial that was an "8" (F or P) to equal a total of 19. The problem with that is that Star Signs said to stay away from the 8 if you are a 4 birthday. It won't be the name that people call you, but it will be an initial that will stand apart and be obvious to you. The 12,13,14,16,17,18 are not be good numbers, according to the book. I wasn't sure if the 15 was only bad for the 8 people. Maybe someone could clarify this. If the 15 was also bad, then how about changing the spelling of your name. It would be the name you would be known by so it would have the most power. I think that people's first names have power. Your first name equals 14, not one of the good numbers. Have you thought about changing just the first name? How about Lindah or Lynnda? Either one would equal the awesome 19/1. Then you could keep the last name as is and it would all total 7. The 4 or 8 person will become the victim of others using the same methods Maybe I can change the spelling of my name...although I would hate to explain to people why I had to change the spelling of my first name... Jaii am glad you saw my dilemma about adding the number 8 to get 19 My husband is wondering If i will be able to change my last name at all.
Actually my current name totals 14 and 15 ( with initials) I can't say that my life has been that great during my younger years but it hs gotten better since I got married. SO i am not too sure if the name will make that much difference. IP: Logged |

I know what you mean about what to say to people about your first name change. Some people are bound to think its a little wacky. That has kept me from getting my ideal number. But in your case you would only be changing the spelling. It sounds like you are young and just starting your life with your husband. This would be an easier time to make a change since you are changing your last name too. As long as you are taking this seriously, you may want to re-read the meaning of the number 11 and see if you feel comfortable bringing this kind of energy into your married life. I don't know how long you've been married, but it does take a while for the energy of the new name to manifest. Also, a middle initial will help somewhat but it is the name that you are known by that matters. Just my 2 cents. IP: Logged |

thanks for the advices..! Its hard to get help from other people since they think i am crazy or something when i mention this kind of stuff.....so if i go with Lynnda, and last name, it would total to 7. That's not a good number either, but at least I get the good effects from the first name? at work a lot of times we go by first and last names....we use email a lot. IP: Logged |

Dear sassygyl,Don't be in too much of a hurry for a name change. Do some research first, listen to its sound and then decide. A name totalling 9 isn't that very harmonius to a number 4 person. Since your last name totals 6 and your current first same totals 14=5, i'd recommend a first name that reduces to 1 whose individual valuse could be 10 or 19 if possible. In this way the fisrt name and last name combination would be 1+6=7 and this is harmonious with your birth number 4. It'd be best if you could somehow contact me personally as i see you don't wish to give all info here and i can understand that. I just don't know how to contact individual memembers on this forum. sassgl,Try to get ahold of the book "Chiero's Book of Numbers" by Chiero. This was the source material for that part of the chapter on numerolgy in Star Signs. It has alot more information and mentions compatibility of numbers. BTW, I think "7" is a good number. Good luck to you in whatever you decide. IP: Logged |

The reason why the price varies is that some are hardcover new and some are older used copies. It is a very old book so there have been alot of printings and that is why the covers are so different. Also, there is one version that is just the descriptions of the numbers so it is priced lower. Be careful not to get one of these. The one on e-bay looks like the correct one as it says it's 219 pages. I found a copy at my local library. I didn't want to give it back. I kept it for months. Then I finally ordered a copy from Amazon for about $25. They had several versions to pick from. I was sorry I did not spend the time to really read the descriptions because my book was shipped from a publisher in India. The text was the same as the original book, but they added pictures of famous people and the names were all wrong or misspelled. It's really funny. The cover had a goofy drawing of Cheiro cross-eyed watching a bunch of numbers over his head. I should have sent it back but it was good for a laugh and after you read some of this stuff you really need one. IP: Logged |

interesting how good books that are old disappear eventually. They should reprint this if its good. Maybe there are other better numerology books out there now? I checked the library, no luck. Sass,Without digging up the book, I can only tell you from memory. The numbers 1, 2, and 7 are harmonious with the number 4. Preferrably, you would use the more positive numbers. And course, don't add any more 4s or 8s. Good advice from Alpha Trion. You would have the awesome 19 for a first name and total a 7. Alpha Trion, If you wouldn't mind, could you elaborate a little more on the sound of the numbers? That is another interesting angle.

i missed the ebay book and i can't find the book anymore. I have been thinking about the new names and it seems like i am going to chicken out and stick with my own name. ;(
