My birthday is June 17, 1972.

This means I have 17, and 8.

If I take the whole date, I get 6+1+7+1+9+7+2 which equals 33.

My first name is a 13
My first and last name together is a 36,
My first, middle and last names are 18,
My last name alone is 23.

Thus, my numbers are 8, 13, 17, 18, 23, 33, and 36!
