Well such i haven't seen anyone mention this before on this forum, will put it here.

As she herslef says she (L.Goodman) got her numerology numbers from Cherio, and if you read both books, there was a lot of 'copy and paste' just a bit more expansion on the number 12 in Goodman's book.

Now if you do read a lot about the other numerology systems you may have come across astrologer Sepharial and his many great works a long time ago. And also along with him Johari, who is Indian, the same people that Cherio learned numbers from.

Now of course chaldean numerology goes back to the middle east, just like Hebrew geometric numerology...and so i think we should give credit to the values that will give us almost the same 'reduced' number.

for example....the word Xerox, will be a 24=6 using the chaldean number alphabet passed on by Cherio/goodman.

while it will add up to a 26=8 using Sepharial and now Harish Johari's number values.

using the Hebrew system Xerox=71=8.

there is a big difference between the influence of the number 6 and the influence of the number 8...so just a point to keep in mind.
in this way these are the values of these letters:
C- 2 Not 3 (11 in the Hebrew way so will just make a whole other thread for this at another time)
H- 8 not 5
X- 6 not 5

Thanks, Rain! That would take me to a 42, which is the same as a 24. The former way makes my last name a 22, which doesn't reduce. This new way makes it a 23, which does reduce, but it's allowable not to reduce to get a compound number: 19 + 23 = 42.
