I've been getting into numerology lately and I would like to know everybody's expression or personality number fits them.

I'll go first, my expression number and personality number is 11. I've always felt like I could pick up on thing that were hidden. Some people hate to look me in my eyes. My environment has to be also right for me to function properly. I also have a sharp intuition for a male.

In this site they use a different letters' values than those appear in "Star Signs", by the way. I checked it with my name.

You can try Chaldean as well:
http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum22/HTML/000383.html

I used an online calculator.
In Chaldean my expression number is 25/7

quote:
25
Discrimination and Analysis
25 bestows spiritual wisdom gained through careful observation of people and things, and worldly success by learning through experience. Its strength comes from overcoming disappointments in the early life and possessing the rare quality of learning from past mistakes. The judgment is excellent, but it's not a material number; therefore, financial benefits of a substantial nature must be gained through other Compound numbers in the full birth and name numerological analysis.

^^^^^That resonates with me.

Here's something interesting: I did the free tarot link and put in my name *at birth*, and neither number resonated with me at *all*. However, I went back and did it with my *adopted* name ( same first and middle, different surname).

The Expression number is 81/9 which is very me. And I've posted before about the 3, 6, 9 recurrence in my life.

"Philanthropic and humanitarian are words that describe you well. You are a champion of any cause that resonates with you. You have a very idyllic way of seeing your role in life and how the world should respond to you. Belief is a powerful thing. You believe that you can move mountains and chances are you will be able to do just that (figuratively speaking, of course). You can visualize sweeping change in this world and you can visualize yourself as instrumental in bringing it about. Your magnetism and ability to influence others will go a long way in getting you there.

You don't cling to prejudices either toward people or groups of people. You have a sense of your connectedness to everything around you so you see yourself in everyone and everything. You understand that how you treat others impacts how you feel about yourself. You want to be well so you treat people well. This is why you are successful and why people tend to look up to you."

It reads a little ego centric, I do not think that I am successful and that people look up to me, nor do I think I possess any sort of magnetism, but I agree with everything else.

My personality number is: 53/8 and again, with some exceptions I agree with this. And again it's using my adopted surname. I find that part very interesting.

Your sense of inner strength is considerable but beware how that is perceived by others. You may not even know just how much influence your actions and personality can have but you hold within your grasp the ability to either build up or tear down with your words and actions. This is true in all your dealings with people from simple business transactions to serious relationships with a significant other, spouse, children or extended family. You have a tendency to be generous but you also have the tendency to size up a person's situation, attitude and trustworthiness before deciding to help them.

Be mindful of your appearance. Dress to impress. The right wardrobe can have a distinct balancing effect on your ability to command various situations and parts of your life. Work on being more approachable and learn to accept other people's tendency to defer the difficult stuff to you. They do it because they know you can handle things that they cannot. Your sense of confidence can detract from that of others so be careful not to inadvertently chip away at other people's self-esteem. Commit to working within your own boundaries and recognize that yours are likely broader than those of the next person. Recognize also that this is okay and know when to step back and give others the opportunity to stretch and grow. You'll be more comfortable around them if they are allowed to do that in front of you.

I guess you use only the first name in chaldean - no middle name - as it is written down in your certificate.
I use this calculator here:

In Chaldean, you use the name you are known by (first and last). You would only use the middle name if you are called by it. For example, if your name is Mary Anne Jones, you would use Mary Jones, unless people call you by Mary Anne. Here is a calculator that uses Linda's definitions for not only names but also single and compound birthdays:

Of course, all number definitions (according to Linda) are also scattered about on this Forum. Start on the last page, and work your way up to find a number's definition.

Thanks Randall! But, let me ask you a another question. My name is Christopher, but I go by Chris at work and other places for short. Christopher is on birth certificate. My compund number came out to be 12, which was so damn accurate I might add. The Chris came out to be 35, which is kinda accurate as well.

Both would apply. The more you circulate one in the ethers, the more applicable it will be. I went by Randy for years (not a good number), so I made an effort to be called by Randall, and it took a while to catch on (my brothers still call me Randy, but everyone else got the memo).

That is interesting. I prefer to be called by my short name and it has the same number as my life path.

Insist that they call you Christopher.

Chaldean was the art practiced by the Essenes who taught Jesus.

12
The Sacrifice--The Victim
One will periodically be sacrificed for the plans or intrigues of others. The number 12 warns of the necessity to be alert to every situation, to beware of false flattery from those who use it to gain their own ends. Be suspicious of those who offer a high position, and carefully analyze the motive. Although duplicity is not always present, forewarned is forearmed. There is a degree of mental anxiety, caused by the need to sacrifice personal goals to the ambition of others. A secondary meaning of this number should be considered. The figure 1 is the teacher (whether it be a person or Life itself). The figure 2 is the kneeling, submissive student. Sometimes, the result of severe emotional stress and mental anguish creates amnesia, forgetfulness of lessons preciously learned. 12 represents the educational process on all levels, the submission of dom, on both the spiritual and the intellectual levels. When the intellect is sacrificed to the feelings, the mind will be illuminated with the answers it seeks. Look within for the solution. Attention paid to the requirements of education will end suffering and bring success.

I calculated Pythagorean and Chaldean. That does not mean I do not like Pythagoreas. I could not calculate any triangle without pythagorean and I did use it for divination as well.
Chaldean resonates more in numerology with me .
