Lets begin at the beginning!I was born two days late on the 8th November 1980 and had to be induced after resolutely refusing to come into the world! Such stubbornness has remained part of my character ever since….. I grew up in a big family with its usual problems and idiosyncrasies but was never left wanting for love (even if attention was sometimes lacking). I am a middle child – read of this what you will. I was married at 23 and divorced at 24. My advice to those looking for love out there? Don’t rush things! But equally, you really will know when you’ve found the right person as I did and promptly married him at 26….its a long story I am a semi-professional singer but my greatest joy has to be my work with my school choir – I love those angelic voices of theirs – they work so hard and are so dedicated. The beauty of them and their singing brings tears to peoples eyes. Obviously I teach. I’m training as a homeopath – its just the most totally awesome thing in the WHOLE world and I love it. I really don’t like:
Sudden loud noises Rude people (manners don’t cost anything peeps!) The British public transport system Rain Being cold Violence (and in particular violence for the sake of ‘entertainment’) Being called a ‘Hippie’ I really like: Music Lighting candles in my window on cold, dark nights Cooking Gardening Having friends over for dinner Reading in the bath (with a glass of wine, naturally….) Doing my study, whatever it might be (homeopathy assignments, reading on matters esoteric etc…) My cats Sitting in the sun on a warm day Sitting on the back of my Aries man’s motorbike with him, zooming round the countryside Being called a ‘white witch’ finally - I keep the kettle on and have a variety of herbal and standard brews available, always with a big dollop of love and just a touch of magic

Google "Scorpio Decans" Here is a bit about it: quote: Scorpio Decans Born between November 2 and November 11 If the person is born between these days, the planetary ruler is Jupiter. The person would be ambitious so much so that the ambitions would come to reality soon. The person is extremely artistic and romantic. Loyalty and luck would give the person success. http://www.ganeshaspeaks.com/horoscopes/scorpiodecans.jsp[/quote] quote: Second Decan of Scorpio Character traits: Resourcefulness, an excess of creative energy that ever goads to action; creative imagination; fertility of ideas; absence of repressions.
I had to chuckle at your likes and dislikes. Most I agree with except... You dislike being called a Hippie...I was one. I dislike being called a witch of any kind having been attacked physically too many times by certain Christian folks who fear/hate wicca/witches. These ninnies equate red hair, green eyes and wearing black as must be a witch. In my area Christians are rather scary to say the least.

mezz welcome! I hve never been known to refuse a cuppa (i'm a 15-20 a day girl!) Plus I love homeopathy. My housemate had cystitis and has suffered frequently, always resorting to antibiotics. She had a really bad bout and the pills were not doing anything even after she finished the course. I gave her some Cantharis. She woke the next morning....cured! Not had a bout since. Are you a white witch? Oooohh fab! Got a nice little spell to sell a house in our grim economy? IP: Logged |

Thanks LEXX - that's really interesting stuff about Scorps, esp. the creative aspect. I have always been very creative, but I've also never been able to just sit and do nothing! I need a project or something on the go to satisfy that urge!I know what you mean about the witch/wicca thing - we are lucky that here, in the UK, that our Christian groups tend to be less vocal about such things. But I do have to be careful what I reveal to people - anything out of the ordinary can be too much for some. bunnies - am just brewing up. what do you fancy? as to spells and the like - I tend to keep stuff simple! Light a candle and take a moment to look into the flame. Let your mind go quiet and imagine your house being sold, and imagine it as a happy event, both for you and the people who are buying it. I usually follow something like this with a brief prayer for thanks and hope for a positive outcome. good luck! p.s. am also trying to move......had a REALLY depressing valuation last week. They tried to tell us our house was worth what we paid for it four years ago - despite new windows, kitchen etc. gutted, but trying to keep super positive about the future... ------------------ Out of clutter find simplicity. mezzo-Thanks for the Fire suggestion over on my thread. I've had more Sagittarius girls in my love life than any other sign, but no matter how happy they were with me, they still could never commit for very long. Despite our love, their lives always seem too big for them to stick around. Mutiple breakups and reconciliations appear to be the theme. I need something more stable. I like what I've seen of Fixed sign loyalty, from my outside observations even Aquarius impresses me with their airy brand of loyalty (I'm an Aqua Desc), but as far as Fire goes, I've never dated a Leo. Leo Sun women are completely absent from my life. Leo Moon women seem to be tempered much better to my level, but I seem to offend Leo Moon girls rather easily and I don't believe most could deal with me. With Aries, aside from a few shared kisses, I've never dated any (like Leo). An individual's Sun opposed another's Moon can be great, and being a Scorpio Sun, I've had some excellent chemistry with Taurus Moon women. However, my Moon is Libra, and I've never cared for Aries Sun girls. Perhaps it is the conflicting energies of this aspect; I'm the male with the Moon, and they're the females with the Sun. Most Aries girls are just too whiny and inconsiderate for me. Like Leo Moons, Aries Moon women seem to feel much better for me. You wrote that we share similarly tight/clustered charts. What are your placements? IP: Logged |

Wow, indeed very similar!! Nice!! I would like to take you up on that cup of tea. Too bad for me that half of the people on this website live in the UK.Does your husband's Aries Sun fall in your tenth house? Being a male, I've focused on the trend of women's Moons falling in the house ruled by the sign on my descendant. That was until Cappadora similarly postulated the occurrence of a significant other's Sun falling in the house ruled by the descendant's sign... Your descendant is Capricorn, and your tenth house is Pisces/Aries, so in particular with him being a male, I was wondering if maybe his Aries Sun fell into your 10th, thus supporting her theory. SW - what is your choice of brew? (I'll make sure I stir in some positive vibes for finding love.... )Am sorting a chart for my husband so will check out the 10th house placement - it would be interesting to see if the theory holds true. You mention you're 26 - I've already mentioned how my Saturn return has had a profound effect on my life. When you turn 27/28 things will really start to hot up. It is possible this time will bring the companionship you seek! Also, sometimes these things creep up on us when we are least expecting them. Someone will come into your life who you might not consider a possible 'mate', but who, in time, turns out to be just perfect. As for the Sag girls - great, great fun but prob not enough inner stillness for you. As a Scorp you are born 'old' e.g. you see things so clearly for your age and place in life. This can be disconcerting for others - as it turns out my OH is 4 years older than me. The difference is significant and, I believe, has played a major part in the success of our relationship. I know he wouldn't have been ready to 'settle down' with me if he'd met me the age I was when we got together! p.s. tea it is! (although I can do a good coffee too!) ------------------ Out of clutter find simplicity. From dischord find harmony. In the middle of difficulty, lies opportunity. - Albert Einstein IP: Logged |

Regarding my love life, my 5th house ruler, Jupiter, is natally Combust. If you're not familiar with the term "Combustion", it is when a planet is within a 3 degree conjunction to the sun. It is theorized that the overpowering rays of the Sun block/cripple the planet involved (Jupiter) and it's natural functions are quite compromised. I have an exact natal conjunction between the Sun and Jupiter... maybe all of these Sag girls in my life sense my need for Jupiterian energy... anyway, being my 5th house ruler, transiting Jupiter has now moved into Aquarius and is in the beginning stages of a conjunction to my descendant... so, if I were to take a guess in spite of my combustion, perhaps 2009 might be a good year for love for me. Anyway, I generally prefer coffee, I like the robust, acrid nature of strong dark roast coffee. No sugar, no cream. However, I worked in an asian-fusion restaurant for a quite a while, and their massive array of tea created quite a palate for me. Like my tastes for coffee, I prefer the powerful black tea varieties: Yunnan, Darjeeling, Earl Grey, and Assam. Again, no sugar, no cream. IP: Logged |

Umm, how could you have had your Saturn return? How tight was it's conjunction to your natal Saturn before it went Retro? I didn't think Saturn had entered Libra at all yet... I need to find an ephemeris.Regardless, being our Saturns are in Libra, I imagine relationships to be the main theme of these returns. *Edited, just noticed Saturn is currently Rx. IP: Logged |

Well, using Placidus houses, his Sun falls in your 10th house... score 1 for Cappadora! And your Sun falls in his 7th house... good stuff... I want to start a thread about "True Cases of 7th house Marriage" to gather personal testimonies. You have a 7th house Sun overlay marriage, so did MyVirgoMask, and my Scorpio Asc cousin has this aspect with her Taurus Sun wife. IP: Logged |

Scorpionic, you do have a pretty good theory about that from what you said about me and my ex. It's pretty cool how that works - write an article and send it out there!!!Mezzoelf1, you seem like a really together lady. I think it's terrific the way you live your life, it's very inspirational I like to do the candle visualizing stuff as well. I think homeopathic work is fascinating...just one more thing to look into studying IP: Logged |
