Today is my 2 year wedding anniversary (we married exactly 5 years from the day we met) which is a nice thing

2016 was a lot like being caught in some kind of eternal grind cycle in the garbage disposal (you?) and 2017 has so far been a time of coming back to centre and just allowing life and inspiration to come to me. and stop trying to force anything.

I'm on my 2nd year of a master's in clinical aromatherapy now and always enjoy talking about that kind of thing. In fact I will have a number of case studies to complete later in the year so that could be you... Clinical aromatherapy has a huge focus on biology and chemistry. But in between anatomy papers, I've been busy just trying to work out how to apply all sorts of psychedelic and shamanic plant species to various ailments, especially for women's health, in safe ways. No, that's not in the text book and I'm pretty sure I drive my instructor nuts on regular basis

But I mean, come on! The Greeks had entire cults dedicated to mushrooms, the Aboriginal people of Australia have been using obscure plant medicines for healing for thousands of years and the cannabis research that is actually being done now is really exciting for pain relief and many other areas of life. I'm very excited by it.

When not doing all THAT... you know, letting life come to me (haha)... I write. I'm trying to write. It's really important in my life path to communicate. My primary wound from Chiron was around communication - not being able to. And I'm told by my personal astrologer (yeah, I have one of those, 2 even!) that I triumph in this life when my Scorpio-sun, Aqua -Rising and Cappy-moon take flight through Gemini in the area of career. She said, "either a politician or a public speaker...maybe a writer - but girl, you've got to communicate!" OK. I'm working on it. Some stuff about Uranus in the portal between the moon and the black moon (Lilith?)??? I don't know, it sounded really interesting in our meeting!
