What are they? Don't say anything to the 8th house, because the whole time I have had pluto there, it's been camel land.

Thank you

I have been very curious about this as well.

Maybe we can consider Eros and Juno transits. The day my boyfriend and I lost our virginity, transiting Eros in Capricorn was conjunct his AC and Cupido, and trined his natal Eros. Transiting Eros also trined my Juno-Eros trine natal aspect.

There was also a Grand Trine of Venus, Chiron and Juno in the sky.

If you choose not to have sex, no amount of "sex transits" are gonna get you laid.

Sure, but what if (like me these days, aaargh) you DO choose to have sex but you don't seem to have any (appealing) takers?

Just throwing this out there... is there anything odd going on in your 5th house? e.g. transits, astroids etc... that would cause this um... drought.

***EDIT*** Sorry that reply was for LadyNeptune.

GCarrier,

My tjuno was in my 8th house conjunct my moom and venus, and nothing. Right now y juno is in my 10th. I have to look and see where eros is now.

tSaturn is in my 5th, though.

Lucia,

Exactly! I mean, obviously I could just sleep with some random guy, but I don't want to...

It is possible to occupy myself with other things, but I've been doing that for a long time, longer than tSat has been in my 5th.

Why is saturn in the 5th good for creativity? I thought it would be a creativity killer...

Saturn can restrict but it can also make manifest.

5th-Creativity Saturn-Manifest/Matter

you can also gain mastery as a result of the "hardship" that might be experienced during a Saturn transit.

Is it not possible to occupy yourself with something else until you find someone appealing?

No. I used to think it wasn't that big a deal, but I guess I'm going through a life stage where I really crave sex. I'm also being very creative.

Pallas is transiting my 5th...don't know what that means...Saturn my 8th.

I've found FOUR appealing people since I broke up with my ex two years ago. For me that's like hundreds...I'm usually enormously picky. Only one has gotten physical with me at all.

I'm worried it's not transits--it's just me now.

So Lucia, you are interested in a few people but they are being aloof? I am just not meeting anyone who I am attracted to. We seem to have opposite problems, but with the same end result.

Sorry, but Saturn sucks for creativity. It wants everything to matter in the long term and doesn't like indulgence....and creativity doesn't always work that way, sometimes it's all on a whim. Saturn doesn't entertain whims.
It can be a huge damper for creative sparks while it transits....and um, for sex too.

Not saying no sex, but I've got Saturn t my 5th now on my sun and it's making me super finicky no matter how frisky I feel.

Can't wait 'til August when his crap is over....I know it's all for the best, etc...but sometimes it's just so oppressive.

ugh, I know.

But I'm not looking forward to it moving into the 6th. That is scary to me. At least in the 5th, I don't have to worry about health problems.

Yeah, I hear you. I have a stellium in there, so it's not going to be pretty probably.

But maybe not health problems (God, I hope not), maybe having a healthier lifestyle. Maybe I'll stop smoking...god knows I want to LOL

Yeah, I guess to an extent it's kinda true because it feels like Saturn is looking at the big picture...still, it's annoying to not feel the spontaneity of it....

But I am hoping the transit of the 6th isn't bad for health. How was that one for you, Deliverance?

Virgoh and Deliverance,

The 6th can be bad for health, but I was thinking it could manifst like Deliverance said, by getting healthier. We'd have to do the work (saturn) to avoid health problems.

The 5th is sex, more casual sex, but I don't see it that way. I see 5th house sex as playful, romantic sex, and 8th house sex as intense, more sexual sex.

5th is dating too. I've noticed that it's TOTALLY slowed down my dating life. Like, I'm not really much of a dating person in general, but it's been a real pain for getting to know someone in a casual way, and yes, LadyNeptune, in a romantic sense as well. It's so lame

However, I had Pluto at the end of my 8th and I was having a sexual crisis - of NO SEX AT ALL. Just like impossible situations....making it very difficult to even have the setting. But when it did happen.... kaboom

I think the Saturn transit is indicative of serious stuff only, no screwing around ...Saturn doesn't seem to take romance and sexuality lightly. I think he sees it as indulgent. I certainly feel more critical. But then again I just got divorced and separated a year ago, so that all falls in place with the feelings....

The one nice thing is that I feel I can afford to be choosy, which is really strange. My self-esteem isn't suffering from Saturn, it feels like Saturn is bolstering it somehow, making it less shaky if that makes any sense. Mixed blessings, I suppose.

We must have similiar house cusps. I have pluto at the end of my 8th too.., no sex for me.

I am so not a dater. I have to know someone before I'm attracted to them. Dating just weirds me out and I never become attracted to them. It makes having a sex life impossible.

I need to be friends first.

I had a major issue regarding dating sex for the past 3+ years, so I understand. I'm finally ready to date again. I want a boyfriend and I want one NOW.

Is it a hormone imbalance? An excess of testosterone can overstimulate the libido.

No. I'm a feminine 34-year-old women in excellent health in all areas, according to recent medical tests. I hardly think that urge to have sex more than once in two years, for a woman my age, is indicative of a hormone imbalance or other health problems...and it reflects a perfectly normal, rather than "overstimulated" libido.

It's tough because I've never been casual about sex, but now that I'm single after being in a couple for 14 years, I feel like being sexual, yet I do not want another Big Heavy Relationship yet.

LadyNeptune, I've been attracted to four men since I left my ex, not all at the same time. The first one (a Scorpio, after a nice happy life of Geminis and Libras, with the odd Aries) sent what I read as mixed signals for a year and a half, then finally rejected me. The second, a Capricorn, seemed to be attracted to me, but kept asking me out on Dates and never made a move, then fled when he found out how long my last relationship had been. The third, another Scorpio (what the hell?) is much younger than me, and we have a very complicated relationship, and I feel like he might be interested, but I can't understand his signals, and the whole thing got very frustrating, and then we drifted away from each other. Then I hooked up with a Gemini I'd known very casually for years (we were peripheral to each other's scenes) who was just as young as the Scorpio, and we had a one-night stand, which is sooo unusual for me. He took my signals of interest and availablity as...signals of interest and availability, unlike the Scorpios. Now Scorpio #2 is back in my life, and we're getting closer, but, just....

I think this is less astrological and more about how new and confusing and uncomfortable single life feels to me.

LadyNeptune, maybe this draught is telling you that you need a change of scene?

A Mars transit to the Sun/moon midpoint can do it. Also, Mars transitting over Mars.

I'm fairly certain there are indeed transits that will heighten sexual desire.

Well, that's at least half the battle right there I'd say. I would recommend losing the restriction of having to know someone first before you even start dating. It's an unnecessary limitation.
