How do you heal your heart and soul when you are faced with grief and sorrow?

How do you manage to overcome a painful separation?

How do you prevent damage from hurt feelings?

To cope with hurt feelings, do you have a specific formula that you apply?

Does it really help you lighten your large sorrow?

Please, also write your placements and aspects.

"How do you heal your heart and soul when you are faced with grief and sorrow?"

Well first I kind of meditate on what happened and how and perhaps why it happened, then I began the process of healing with lots of prayer and thankging god for the strength to move passed it.

"How do you manage to overcome a painful separation?"

Well if its due to death I use the same logic as above if its due to a romantic breakup, I start the process of letting go and even if the person that I am seperating from has hurt me I pray for them and I pray for nothing but good things to come to them and mean it, in doing that it unties me from any soul tie that I might have with them and it gives me peace and strength to move on..

"How do you prevent damage from hurt feelings?"

We are gonna get our feelings hurt no matter what especially if we are sensitive ppl and well lets just face most Pisces ppl are just that. To not get damaged or feel damaged its best to let what happen go, don't walla in the thing..Pisces tend to walla in stuff, let it go and move on.

"To cope with hurt feelings, do you have a specific formula that you apply?"

Prayer and forgiveness..

"Does it really help you lighten your large sorrow?"

All the time this method works 100% atleast for me..

Please, also write your placements and aspects.

to all!!!

The whole

"It happens for a reason" and understanding the karmic lessons, and the belief that separations are temporary because of the belief of being united with them in future live after a lot of introspection for a long time after dealing with pain and suffering

Moon in Pisces
Moon square Neptune - 1'22
Mercury parallel Neptune - '33
Venus parallel Neptune -'46
Mars square Neptune - 5'54 (1'01 in Right Ascension)
Saturn oppose Neptune - 3'19
Saturn contraparallel Neptune - '03
Uranus semisquare Neptune - '42 in Right Ascension
Neptune sextile Pluto - '57

dwarf planets in 12th:
Makemake in 12th
Haumea in 12th
Ceres in 11th/12th

direct Neptune midpoints:
Mercury conjunct Sun/Neptune - '14
Moon oppose Saturn/Neptune - '17
Sun conjunct Neptune/Pluto - '33 in Right Ascension
Moon oppose Neptune/Midheaven - '27 in Right Ascension

The Neptune Nodes are important too
all heliocentric nodes are very slow moving just as slow as fixed stars....so heliocentric nodes have to do with collective
Therefore, heliocentric Neptune Nodes are collective Neptune energy

Heliocentric North Neptune Node
conjunct South Lunar Node - '59
sextile Midheaven - '14

alpha star of Pisces Austrinus(The Southern Fish),Fomalhaut(Mouth of the Fish) is said by Reinhold Ebertin to have a Mercury-Venus-Neptune influence

Moon conjunct Fomalhaut - '17
Fomalhaut conjunct Descendant in Right Ascension - '44

This is a good thread, I can see parts of myself in it. As for the questions, I usually like to be alone and self reflect or hide out and heal myself..recharge myself lol.

Pisces Moon- 3rd house
Neptune Rx-1st house
Neptune sextile Pluto-even though it's generational I think, I still kind of feel it because of the close orb value.
Neptune conjuct Noth Node
Neptune opposition South Node
Neptune conjuct Juno
Neptune sextile Black Moon-I am curious about this one..
Uranus conjuct Neptune
Moon sextile Neptune-Don't think I feel this one with the wide orb value..

Sorry, didnt list my placements.

Neptune opposite Venus
Neptune in the 11th
Trine Saturn and Mars
Sextile Pluto

Transiting Neptune in the first house and has been there for some time. Was opposing Mars for awhile.
Currently opposite Saturn...a doozy of a transit.

Whenever he considered doing some good deed, he always consulted God about it, saying, "Lord, I will never be able to do that if You don't help me." Immediately, he would be given more than enough strength. When he sinned, he confessed it to God with these words: "I can do nothing better without You. Please keep me from falling and correct the mistakes I make." After that, he did not feel guilty about sin. Brother Lawrence pointed out that he spoke very simply and frankly to God. He asked for help with things as he needed it, and his experience had been that God never failed to respond.

~ "The Practice of The Presence of God"

A Mystic is one who intuitively perceives the Truth and, without mental process, arrives at Spiritual Realization. Our great religions have been given by a few who climbed the heights of spiritual vision and caught a fleeting glimpse of Ultimate Reality... The Mystic does not read human thought, but rather senses the atmosphere of God. The Mystics of every age have seen, sensed and taught THE SAME TRUTH. All the mystic experience throughout the ages have revealed One Truth. The teaching of the mystics has been that there should be conscious courting of Divine Presence. We need a "conscious receptivity" to it, although a balanced one... It is through the teachings of the illumined that the Spiritual Universe reveals Itself, imparting to us what we know about God. Jesus taught a Power transcendant, triumphant, absolute, positive, against which lesser laws meant nothing. By Its very Presence It heals. The mystics did not contend or argue with people. There was nothing to argue about. THEY SAW and KNEW. They are the great revealers to man of the nature of the Universe, and the relationship of man to God.

The answers genuinely help me.
Thank you guys.

I'll be more specific with my question.
This is about a "romantic breakup."

You really love somebody and want to be with him/her very much, but for some special reason you know that you cant. In such a case, how would you release your heartcry? Have you ever experienced such a situation?

I agree with a lot of the above things already said. I may be down for a good while, but I always get up on my feet again. In the beginning it's like 26taurus said; "To sit with it, slowly move through it, learn from it. Faith." - Just taking time to breathe, try to feel the inner strength that will pull me through it eventually. I'm ok with being slightly depressed for a while, I can feel a comfort in sleeping a lot, writing, painting, watching movies and eating ice cream on the couch under a blanket. Having deep conversations with friends who understands and let me take my time. But I do withdraw from everyone, I prefer to handle it on my own. I need to focus on myself and build myself up again from inside out.
Like cheshirekat is saying, "I usually like to be alone and self reflect or hide out and heal myself.. recharge".. I really need time on my own because I can't think/feel things through with people around me.
And eventually I can truly see the bigger picture of it all, like Glaucus said; "It happens for a reason and understanding the karmic lessons."

And in the end (when it comes to heartache of course) even if you really don't feel like it - GET OUT THERE talk to other people, flirt! Get sweet attention, feel loved, get nice comments, feel appreciated, play! concentrate on someone else for a while (even movie stars can work haha) let yourself fall in love with someone or something else. And suddenly you discover that you're not thinking about that special person as much anymore, and it doesn't hurt as much either.
Hope it helps.. *hug*

I agree with Nyah said about the way to handle heartache. After I split with my Capricorn friend of 3 years, I took it pretty hard..I spent most of that night crying and sobbing in my bed. When I really care about someone and they just happen to go "poof", I take it pretty hard, just like when my mom went "poof" out of my life. I admit don't deal with letting go very well but I am finding a way to let go that's emotionally healthy such as spending my time painting, taking photography, biking/walking, writing, drawing, finding a new and interesting hobbie, concentrating on school life, watching comedies, and spending time with my closest friends.

The thing is for me I have to tell myself that I have to keep on living. Just because my Capricorn friend and my Pisces mom are not in my life, does not mean that life will not be ok again, yeah I am going to miss them but my life goes on and I'll keep the good times in my heart(more so with my Capricorn friend then my mom). In other words, if I keep on moving and keep on living, taking a few breathers here and there then I will be fine.

I cheerish the sunsetting because I know the sun will rise in the morning, it's a small comfort.<3

she had venus in pisces conj my moon. i also have retrograde jupiter in 12...

cheshirecat - Excellent strategy!!!!! Good for you!!! Keep up the good fight!!

songwriter - yeah - it sure is tough not being with 'the one'!! I guess the best way to deal with it, is to channel that love into something creative - rather than become sad - I'm one to talk LOL!!!

Meditative and spiritual music heals pisces wonderfully well... especially when they are looking into that introvert neptunian journey after break up..
