Hi everybody, I have a question on synastry. Every guy that I have ever met where we had jupiter/moon conjunction, we eventually ended up living together. This has also held true for many of my friends who have had that aspect. My question is would that aspect be indicative that the relationship might progress to a living arrangement and if so, would the same apply to say a jupiter trine moon aspect? Thanks to anyone who answers this question. IP: Logged |

Well (positive) Moon-Jupiter aspects are very nice. Moon as we know is the traditional ruler of the IC and that is to do with the home and family. Jupiter is about expansion. So moving in may seem like a logical outcome however, not everyone with this synastry with another will live together. I'd say it might have something particular to do with your chart or of those of your (former) partners, for example maybe IC in Sag or some aspect between the ICs involving this planetary combination. Hopefully that helps. IP: Logged |

Thank you so much 23. The guy that I'm seeing now has sun and venus tightly (less than 1 degree) trine my jupiter, neptune and nn in my 4th house and also his saturn is tightly conjunct my IC (less than 1 degree). His mars is also conjunct jupiter (1 degree) in my 4th house. We are very close, but do you think this could possibly bring a living situation about?IP: Logged |

Hmm, it might have something to do with Saturn on the IC? Indicates a past life but also maybe some level of stability or organisation in your home. What is the sign of your IC? What is the sign of his IC?IP: Logged |

Well Venus would rule your IC and you have a conj between your Venus and his Sun. Is his Sun the ruler of his IC, which would mean his IC is Leo? What other aspects are there between your Venus and his chart?I'm sorry, I don't know about him so saying he's born at 9 doesn't add much information for me because I don't know where you and him are or your charts IP: Logged |

pisces1234 - I looked at your charts. I think it might have something to do with the the square between your Venus and his Mars. Venus rules your IC and his Mars is partial ruler of his Sco IC (I set his birthtime at 9am). Otherwise, there is a quincunx between your Venuses. Venus in your case rules your IC but it traditionally is associated with the 2nd house/Tau and 7th house/Libra. Re 2nd house, it is to do with possessions and the physical and 7th house, partnerships. Quincunx is about adjustments that need to be made. Maybe some adjustments were required when living together, in fact the process is an adjustment! Likewise, your Venus quincunxes his Sun, which is the ruler of his AC, a very personal planet to him. So he brings himself to the adjustment. Also his Pluto, which rules his IC is widely quincunxing your Mercury, which rules your 2nd and 12th houses. 2nd - possessions/physical; 12th - in private time. Again an adjustment there. Maybe all this has an impact as well as the Moon-Jupiter trine that you mentioned (and your Jupiter is in the 4th)! Hope that has helped. EDIT - you also have NN and Neptune in the 4th. His Sun and Venus both trine these, giving a bit impetus to your NN in the 4th. This might have encouraged living together as well. IP: Logged |

moon trine jupiter is related to the comfort level - it's nice but in romantic relationships the 2 may be too comfortable in being open about their daily routines that some of the mystery is compromised. on the whole it's a lovely aspectIP: Logged |
