Two of them were born one day apart and have some striking differences.
For instance, one of them, who has the Moon in the 7th, is very relationship-oriented, faithful, and committed (been with the same guy since HS).
The other girl is more about freedom and fun (they both have Venus in Sag by the way). I don't know her ASC so I don't know where her Moon falls, but she's very blunt, sarcastic and can be judgmental. She's the type of person I would never trust with my secrets.

The third girl is also a relationship-oriented individual, and needs security and committment - typical Scorpio.
Her Moon is in the 6th and her work has a huge impact on her mood.

What I notice in all of them though is a lack of tact, criticism and cynicism.
They can be quite "nagging" and negative in a seemingly detached, careless way.

For me, it is a bit of both.
