Sometimes I just know things are going to happen or I will meet/see a certain person & it happens.

astrologically what would be the thing to cause psychic sight?

Why I ask;is that as I was getting the bus back home earlier today & I 'knew' I would see a certain person I did not wish to see and so... I did see that person.

But by my chart I don't see much of a psychic ability, just lots of practical earth and yet.. I have some kind of knowing.?

You may have some planets in the 9th or in Sagittarius that could be held responsible for that?

What about water houses/Neptune?

Or maybe even a transit?
