That would mean AC trine Sun, with Leo rising it would be square.

I do agree his AC feels like cancer, but could it be his water sun in scorp. and moon in pisces that give that feel? He doesn't have the big wide eyes of cancers rising...or can cancer risers have his eyes still?

Hmm, perhaps that's why I'm picking up on water? I think what made me say Cancer rising was the soft smile and the roundness and plumpness of his face. I feel like there's something about Leo rising that's soooo easy to pick out. He looks very sweet, I feel. The reason why I feel Sun might aspect ASC because he does have a vibrancy and glow about him. Something quite literally "sunny".

Well he is playful and jokes around a lot but he keeps a lot to himself like most sun in scorpios.

That is actually a very good possibility. Based on the time range I have of him he should be a Leo Riser or Virgo Riser.

BTW he has mars in Sag OOB on the GC.

Its funny I have always loved his smile.

I'm thinking Scorpio rising on the Libra cusp. Any rising at 0 degrees or 29 degrees is a blending of both signs. Reading your other comments, he would not be a typical Scorpio Sun with a trine [oops typo, I mean conjunct] to Uranus. Strong Uranus ... throw out the book on typical descriptions. Rising on the cusp... same thing, not typical. You could try it and see if it fits with transits to the houses?

He changes cars very frequently; he has a love for them and I think is how he channels that uranian restlessness. He jokes around and in that sense he is outgoing but he is private and reserved.

We did meet at a club and made out for two hours bf we spoke and I approached him so perhaps that is another way he channels his uranian energy getting involved with girls who are out there and a bit crazy. He said he could tell right away that I was crazy, messy and liked my curly crazy hair.

He is reserved and private but as you can tell with that smile he is playful and jokes around as well.

He is actually suppose to be a virgo riser which puts his sun conjunct uranus in the 3rd house. I remember he got in a small car accident the day we were suppose to have our first date if I remember correctly...very long ago..

But nobody has guessed virgo and I am not 100% sure on the hour; there is a chance he could be a leo riser.

Actually I had 3 different suitors who had small car accidents on their way to see me...

My guess is Fixed rising.

How strange... before reading some comments, my guess was Aqua rising.

Left eye
and jaw shape
( and the approachable vibe I read just now and have to agree with)

With Aqua rising, his Moon will be in 1st or 2nd Houses, which may explain a lot.
