Topic: Help me guess her ascendant

Hello peepsI have a friend who was born "in the middle of the night" in December (a Sag, with Venus and Mercury in Sag too). So I ran up some possible times and she could be either Virgo, Libra or Scorpio. She's petite but strongly built. What say you? I have my own leanings but I am undecided - I wondered which you thought based on appearance. IP: Logged |

libra maybe because she has quite a symmetrical face. Does she have a charming personality? Though the all that Sag could modify the ASC a bit.I found an awesome website that describes rising signs, even down to the decan. I'll try to find it. Oh and she is charming, very fair but determined. Dresses beautifully but in earthy colours. Never shies away from a confrontation, enjoys it sometimes, if she knows she's right, but that could be the Sag.IP: Logged |

Thanks  The 'confrontation if she knows she's right' thing is also very Libran (justice, fairness) ... coming from a Libra moon here  (with moon in 9th, Saggie's house) .. likes harmony, but harmony within self and surroundings. If something is not fair (in Libra's eyes) they will confront the issue. How tenacious they are depends on other factors. A Libran ASC modified by Sag will sort of work similarly to a Libra moon modified by Sag (9th house position), and we know out outspoken Saggies can be! thanks for that link Candeh, i was hoping it would help me work out which decan my Asc is a part of.hey, if you're a 3rd decan aqua, my sun might conjunct your dsc! wheels, those descriptions of her sound quite virgo/libran to me. im not certain, but they certainly don't sound very scorpy i don't think. hmm, her facial expressions just seem kinda Libran/virgo, hard to tell! Interesting observations both, I don't think she's very Scorpionic at all, that one's out for me, it's also leaning towards morning rather than "in the middle of the night". She's a lot more direct than a more cloak-in-dagger Scorp. We get on very well (I'm a Libra sun), and she is extremely fair (I am always hyper-aware of fairness in people). I tend to be concerned about fairness (that's one thing my mother points out: "There you go, doing you best to be fair") and I'm pretty direct (if something bothers me, I have a lot of trouble keeping quiet about it). I have a Scorpio ascendant, conjunct Uranus (along with an Aries Sun). I'm not very cloak-and-dagger, and though I've been called "mysterious" countless times, can be about as subtle as Godzilla (despite my Mars in Pisces). The shape of her face looks similar to mine, but I think hers is more symmetrical. When I first told my mother that my ascendant was in Scorpio, she was surprised, thinking that my personality was more that of Libra - at least what she knows of it. I have a Moon/Venus conjunction, though, which could be responsible for that. IP: Logged |

it mentioned something quite accurate about teeth for my asc as well, definitely some what accurate. still can't tell if im part of the 1st or 2nd decan of my asc though  .its probably the 1st. ah, well my sun is 27', i think that counts. im still trying to find some one who's asc conjuncts my dsc, see what happens! lol IP: Logged |

Other chart factors will modify the ascendant, we know that, so here is my most keep it simple thoughts:-Scorpio -> prediliciton for black, scowls a bit Libra -> leans towards smart casual and neutral tones, tends to be easy-going Virgo -> check out the shoes, how well did she polish them this morning? i would rule out scorp too, especially because you do, wheels, and you know her! i would actually plump for virgo, but a fair amount of libra in 1st house...she looks more practical and simplicity-minded than artful and well-put-together. there's a naturalness about her that just does NOT scream libra.but more pictures would make it easier to guess!!
