You have Moon square Neptune under 2 degree orb in your natal chart like I do.

it could just be that.

I know that I have felt lost and mixed up a lot of times too, especially with my Moon being in Pisces. so double Moon-Neptune whammy.

emotionally confused,uncertain,mixed up are main challenges of having hard Moon-Neptune aspects.
there is also porous emotional boundaries,trouble screening out stimuli,being a poor emotional filter,too responsive to external stimuli, can have hard time distinguishing your feelings from other's feelings as you can be too much of an emotional sponge. There can be too much idealism as well as overactive imagination. There tends to be strong addictive tendencies.

Firstly sun is in its own sign leo

Venus in own sign libra

Mercury in own sign virgo

And sun in first probably makes u 100 percent leo lol

You moon is challenged though maybe that why.

potentialy you've felt that 'lost' feeling when they opposed your sun ..
slightly different 'lost' flavour maybe

i'm getting similar .. they square my sun .. ( 23 taurus )
( and oppose natal pluto .. :-/ .. )
but also have been sextiling .. not long back .. my MC ( 25 aries )

also t.Uranus sextiling Sun :-))

am using those neptune-chiron vibes for creative purposes .. don't feel 'lost' .. :-)) ..
have lacked energy .. kombucha solved that one :-)
motivation has been an uphill struggle at times ..
on and off .. feels much better now .. day by day ..
( neptune square sun started aprox 6 months ago )
just quite into structured 'neptunisms at the moment ..

looks like the current 'opposing' neptunian dance ..
is the first major transiting aspect to your sun from neptune ..

neptune was at 26 aquarius .. may 2009 .. ( close to your sun degree )
so you've had a taste of it applying to oppose your sun back then ..

don't forget that under any transit you get at the moment ..
transiting Pluto to natal venus and ( edited ) .. uranus .. ( or any major aspect from t.pluto to a 'personal' )
will potentialy be an intense like overall back-drop vibe .. depending on how close the aspect is ..

Sounds like confusion to me. I would also guess that Pluto is transforming the way you think about things in the mix of it all.

but, the last 2 weeks, particularly the last 8ish days i think, have just been so.. i can't describe it.

i feel like iv just been in my 'shell'

not wanting to see anyone
not wanting to do anything
just been 'reflecting' on everything.

its not been 'positive' though, its been very like, negative, boarding depression perhaps.

been insecure about life, like.. how im gonna achieve my own life goals, questioning my 'plans' on achieving them, (are they the right thing? is it the right way to go about achieving the desired success to live the dream i want to make a reality?)

then there just has been other things that have got me down, all of this started since i was ill with like bug/cold/flu, what ever it is, i was ill indoors for about a week.

and since i got better i have just drifted further into this state of feeling sad/down near depressed.

its made me probably miss out on this job i wanted to go apply for, it was a real opportunity, the manager asked me to come in and see them. i should've but i didn't, i haven't, iv been an idiot, and im kicking my self. i have probably lost that job opportunity now. all because i just felt like, i didn't want to be out, didn't want to do Anything, not even laziness, i just did not want to do Anything.

if it was laziness, i'd just watch more Films, or play some games, or something indoors.

but i haven't, iv just sat around, laid down, and been 'thinking' reflecting on all this stuff, including my love life!

today i also just seemed to have been dwelling on everything that has gone wrong in my life, or the 'failures' rather than successes, or i fail to see them.

just everything overall has been feeling pretty 'negative'.

i still feel like im in my 'shell' at the moment.

maybe its to do with t. sun being in my 4th house, and t.mars being in my 12th. all my fire/ego planets apart from jupiter is in them water /personal houses.

i think saturn on my venus probably has played a part.

some transits just don't help .. when your feeling physicaly down anyway ..
from ..

yeah .. lots of that about here as well .. over the past week or so ..

in fact some transits can leave one a bit more open to catching bugs ..

take into consideration you've natal chiron in 12th ..
and that t.chiron is effecting your chart at the moment ..
that aspect to your mc is exact at the moment ..
it maybe a 'sextile' and considered 'easy' ..
but .. 'easy' means the energy flows 'easy' ..
some 'easy' aspects can be difficult to deal with ..

for example .. lets say a sextile between venus and neptune might encourage a person to binge drink on vodka ..
( pretend that other factors in the chart are in play as well .. towards enjoying much partying .. )
that 'sextile' easy aspect could then become an 'easy' a road to chronic alcoholsim ..
so .. in a sense .. the 'easy' aspect then becomes a 'difficulty' ..

and transiting aspects to it .. from Chiron and Neptune ..
also anything that aspects your Mc/Ic by transit ..

i fast forwarded the OP's transit grid ..
choc-a-block full of outer transits .. and semi-outer celestial bodies ..
very busy chart .. .. december looks 'intense' ..

watery sentimental dreamy neptune ..
it keeps trying to kick neptune out of the way ..

on second thoughts .. current emotional vibes ..
more likely to be from transiting chiron ..
'cause of the way it feels and the time-span involved ..
plus t.neptune has been hanging about for a long while ..
be more like t.chiron versus t.uranus ..

.. and a trine to natal sun from t_n.node ..

3 major aspects from t.chiron ;-// ( to natals .. saturn , neptune and pluto )
2 major aspects from t.jupiter :-) .. ( to natals moon and venus )

and a semisquare from t.pluto to natal vertex ( uh oh )
and a quine from t.pluto to natal jupiter ..
