Hey guys, Oscar 2010 is an exciting year especially for BEST DIRECTOR & Best Picture categories. This year they've expanded Best Picture nominations to include 10 films, the most ever...very competitive year.First of all, James Cameron is up against his Ex-wife, Kathryn Bigelow for Best Dir...talk about drama! I would love to see her win as this would make her the first female DIR ever, to win an oscar for Best Dir. It would be a historic moment for sure, (not to mention I'm dying to see the look on James Cameron's face). Asides from that, "The hurt locker," is waaay better than Avatar anyways. Much kudos to her for pulling off such a "manly," film. Avatar, in my opinion wasnt that good for something that cost half $billion & only deserves to win Best VFX, or Best picture at most--and not even. Jason Reitman on the other hand highly deserves to win Best Dir, especially since he wrote the script too! This is his 2nd time nominated since, "Juno." I would have to say "Up in the Air," is better than Juno x100. He's a superb talent, that you know will win an oscar regardless during his lifetime. I cant wait for the results of Best Dir!! >_< I'm posting up their Charts with Transits. Unfortunately, BIRTH-TIMES UNKNOWN. KATHRYN BIGELOW JAMES CAMERON JASON REITMAN IP: Logged |

I would say JAMES CAMERON because his MC ruler is transiting cj exact 5th cusp. I could be wrong though. Can't see any other major aspects in the other charts IP: Logged |

I also just noticed....Today is a universal 4-lifepath day, Jason Reitman is a lifepath 8...which calls for the 8/4 fateful events. His Bday # is 19/1... 82nd Oscars...1 Today is a 7 day, James Cameron's lifepath is 7. IP: Logged |

And we have a winner - Deliverance. Actually it almost seems like her chart and winning is a point for the validity of asteroids. Asteroid OSKAR is exactly conjunct her NN! the Sabian is "A Parade Of Army Officers In Full Dress" Hmm, what was her film about again?

Well I checked it out and ol' Jimmy Cameron has been married 5 times! They were married from 89-91. It was her first and only marriage and his third. He's since been married twice including his current wife. I doubt he even remembers all his previous wives at this point! Sheesh! LolIP: Logged |

I'm so glad it wasn't James Cameron, he didn't deserve it. And I'm glad it didn't win best picture, Titanic didn't deserve it either. Kathryn Bigelow throws a knockout. She's got Moon in Scorpio so she can throw down with the boys

Superb observation by Deliverance, and thanks for the Sabian valdiation DD I was about to say "How could anyone with Transit Oskar conj NN lose?" but the results have come out so I cannot gloat that much on yet another Asteroid victory The Hurt Locker always had solid critical support of genuine film buffs, plus today is International Women's Day, all vibes in favour. Well done Miss Bigelow! ------------------ http://tamsoft.co.in/articles.html

Thanks IQ & DD quote: And we have a winner - Deliverance
Do I get a prize? lol It was Tr.Saturn on Mars that clinched it for me. Mars in Libra signifies Artistic (Libra) direction (Mars). Node - fated or important event square Neptune/Venus - film. TBH I didn't rate the use of asteroids.... however, I will now start to look at them more closely ! IP: Logged |

Deliverance,as a price I am handing you , as it put you on the right track. I think, the usual planets and asteroids are going hand in hand. Both have their meaning. I just thought it was amazing, that Tr Oskar was THAT exactly conjunct her NN. Put to that the planetary aspects, especially the one with Venus-Neptune (glamour / film), and it becomes more than a mere unlikely possibility.
Of course it is easy to say that NOW after she has won it. But YOU saw it before, so congratulations. IP: Logged |

Wow you guys, I'm just so happy Kathy won! What an epic win by The Hurt Locker. Astrology aside, there was no doubt in my mind the race was really btwn her & Jason for Best Dir. You just never know sometimes, cuz Oscars have been known to award less deserving, but mainstream popular films in the past. I also knew "Precious," would probably do really well last night & it did. Lee Daniels did a pretty good job, but I just didnt see him winning Best Dir. I found Precious to be a pretty disturbing film, but I definitely recommend it! I found this article & thought I'd share.... _____________________________________________ Yesterday was a 7 Day AND a 13 Universal Date – two numbers of unpredictability - so anything went, including the biggest shock. Avatar lost both best picture and best director to ‘The Hurt Locker.’ Most people of course had never heard of the ‘The Hurt Locker’ before yesterday. And most people HAD seen Avatar at least once. So what happened last night? Is there a reason this little movie, a violent anti-war film, won? ‘The Hurt Locker’ was released on 6.26.2009 in the US - a birthday which adds up to a 25/7 Life Purpose Number. Interestingly, 7 is not a vibration that will attract prosperity. So it’s no surprise ‘The Hurt Locker’ made only 12 million in the US so far and 19 mil worldwide. But this birthday resulted in an amazing cycle THIS year. You see, films like countries and businesses have a launch or release date. This is their birthday. It is used to calculate future cycles – just like for you and me. When it comes to bestowing awards, these cycles give clues. Isn’t it amazing that ‘The Hurt Locker’ is in a 17/8 Personal Year right now in 2010. 17 is the incredibly powerful ‘Immortality Number’. So ‘The Hurt Locker’ was immortalized last night when it won 6 Oscars in the biggest categories against the biggest grossing film ever. Secondly, the 17/8 Personal Year activated the film’s 35/8 powerful and fateful current name number positively as well. Thirdly, yesterday was the 7th, triggering the 25/7 Life Purpose Number for this movie. Fourthly, yesterday’s date 3.7.2010 adds up to 13/4 – a number of transformation and sudden, unforeseen events. Did anyone expect director Kathryn Bigelow and ‘The Hurt Locker’ to beat out ‘Avatar’ and James Cameron? No. She’s also the first female to be nominated and win Best Director at the Oscars. Numbers 13 and 7 were in full force last night. Amazingly, the fortunate accolades for ‘The Hurt Locker’ are indicated by some of the codes revealed in its name. To find these codes I create words, also called anagrams, from the letters in ‘The Hurt Locker’. Then I made phrases called Lexigrams. This is a powerful tool to unveil riddles and hidden messages embedded within a person or entity’s name. I found the words ‘Truth’, ‘Luck’ and ‘Ruler’. So one lexigram phrase reveals, ‘Hurt Locker, The Ruler – Cheer The Luck’. More importantly for the movie-goer are the following lexigram phrases embedded in the title - 'Hurl the Rocket, Torch the Truth, Cheer The Heckler.' 'Hurtle The Truck - Lurk, Lock, Choke, Retch.' These words and phrases reveal some of the colors and frequencies that make up the fabric of this movie. I am not suggesting you don’t see the film – just keep in mind, these codes warn the movie has storylines that could affect you in a negative way. As we saw, other codes in ‘The Hurt Locker’ pinpoint the luck associated with the film long after its release date. When combined with this film's personal cycle in 2010 - an 17 ‘Immortality’ Personal Year - these lexigrams give us clues about the film’s stunning upset over Avatar at the Academy Awards.
