I don't think attacking back will achieve anything.

If you focus on the things that make you happy - and mind your own life and simply forget all about them - They'll disappear eventually.

Ask for protection and the truth about these psychic attacks. You'll get an answer. Visualize white and violet light surrounding you.

In the past I've used to followed guided vizualisations but i haven't really done much meditation in the last 1.5 yrs, but still copping the psychic attack.

I find imagining the big white pearly egg-bubble around you like a whole-body halo works..especially if you can imagine violet in there too...however you like..it can be as pretty as you like

Also, cos i'm so water ruled, i have shower cos my emotion is my water and when its been drained by a psychic attack, i'm so exhausted..drinking water and tea and having a shower replenishes the lost water. I dont know how it works for other people who are ruled by another element. I suppose if your very earth ruled, just kicking back barefoot on the ground for a few seconds would work quite well. Or if your an air person, being out in fresh open air and breathing it in heavily in your lungs.

You know that mentally and emotionally drained and exhausted feeling where all you wanna do is just curl up in a foetal position after you've had a massive fight/argument? The exhaustion takes over every fiber of your being, you can't even think..your mind just draws a blank.

Just absolutely drained of everything and every resource, like a car that's run out of fuel.

Once you get familiar with the feeling, as in, your able to distinguish it from the normal, tired-after-work feeling..you have a higher awareness of it and notice when it creeps up on you..that's a sign that there's someone out there thinking or saying not nice things or there's some negative energy/being/entity polluting your auric field.

I think it's just people getting on other's nerves. That's an every day occurrence.

There is so much political discord here in USA that I think that there loads of people under psychic attacks. Republicans thinking bad about Democrats. Democrats thinking bad about Republicans.

some people believe that the media can be involved in psychic attacks. heck...chatrooms,message boards,forums online can be involved in psychic attacks.

I read some political stuff that really ****** me off and leaves me a bit angry. Of course, I have been ****** off in chatrooms and forums that lead me to be emotionally wound up and my thinking so focused on it like minor OCD that it keeps me from sleeping.

but any ways....psychic attacks can be anything. It could just be getting on people's nerves. That can just be a physiological thing and not just a metaphysical thing.
