Since astrology are the celestial bodies, I would find it suspect if they could affect racial characteristics. But race is basically part of personal/group karma and there to provide the experiences that we've asked for before being born.Kind of like how your name in numerology gives another picture of your personality, but not the entire package. Once everything comes together, one can get lost in all the petty details or become liberated but not confined by them. Just my 2 cents. IP: Logged |

LOL karka...these are the questions we ask when we're young."Why are the way we are?" Why am I not tan enough, why am fair etc. When you get older you'll just accept who you are and hopefully be proud. IP: Logged |

Is there something wrong with being the race you are? Love yourself.  I think it is Karma like someone said above, though I don't think race is exactly the goal of Karma. Your current life had lessons to teach you, and your current life happened to be whatever race. You were born where you are, to the family you have, because they will teach you something. The family and location happened to be ideal for the prominent lessons you need, and the family happens to be such and such race. It's the same with, say, social class. Your life will teach you something, and if your life needs to be poor or rich to get it done, you will be born whichever is needed. IP: Logged |

This is usually part of the end goal and you just need to believe in it. Every race has both advantages and disadvantages and part of growing up is defining what aspects of those you wish to foster and which ones to leave behind. Some foster more independence but you won't get the emotional closeness that others may allow for. Some build character and work ethics but do it through emotional manipulation - so good and bad. The more you can recognize the dynamics in play, the more you can change things for the better.

If astrology has anything to do with it then it would be in how people (and their sign) define what "race" is, which isn't an objective definition, btw, it's defined differently around the world. Ultimately, there's no more objective difference between skin color and hair color, save those that have been imposed by society & culture (which are subjective, not objective). IP: Logged |

In every life we are thrown into situations and experiences where we have the opportunity to balance karma from past lives. This also means that we meet people from past lives. It is therefore no coincidence that when we travel/migrate to foreign lands, we are placed in the midst of people we have known from past lives. Simplistic example: In a previous life, I could have been a person of race A, who had business dealings in a country populated by race B; and now I am reborn in race B to adjust karmic debts. Due to the stars, most certainly.
Fixed stars are regions we may originate.
As far as appearance, race, each sign rules a location on the map too.
I've studied mine some and it fit me when I did. Race is both earthly DNA and spirit DNA.
It takes a lot of really looking to see what/how DNA might reflect within the race(s) in which you might be. IP: Logged |
