What shows that one is likely to cheat on you while you are on a relationship? Or in a marriage?
What aspects or placements indicate that?

I'm a bit paranoid about the aspect from Moon to Venus, especially if it is a harsh one. These people are really sensual and nice to be with, emotional and sensitive, but especially the guys also have a certain "touch" with girls, and they attract girls all the time, because of this rather feminine side of themselves! And it doesn't help much if the signs are mutable or libra either! The same goes with aspects such as mars/neptune, venus/jupiter and venus/mars! But whether a person is going to use their charm to be a cheater or not, I think it says more about the relationship than what kind of aspect one has in the natal… but with these aspect the person is really attractive/popular with the opposite sex without doubt. But a person can still be faithful despite of that…. and if you combine these aspect with some harsh uranus aspect, like moon/mars/venus square uranus, the person could be unpredictable and unstable. The same with moon in harsh aspect to mars, this person is likely to sometimes follow their instinct without thinking about the consequences…
But remember we are just humans and we learn from our mistakes, it is no reason to dump a person just because of these aspect, cause they could be mature enough to learn how to handle them  IP: Logged |

My boyfriend has Moon in Pisces square his Mars conjunct Venus in Gemini, I don't understand. He's not popular with women at all lol. but he is unstable and makes me uncomfortable. (I'm a Moon in Taurus but sq Uranus)IP: Logged |

I know what you mean… my boyfriend has pisces moon to, no aspect to venus though, but square his gemini mars in 12th house, and he isn't quiet "popular" either, but girls find him cute though…. he also got venus square uranus and he doesn't feel unstable either to me… but still? Who knows? I've only been with him for 1 year, it's not a long time. How long have you been together? Maybe he has some other aspect that makes him more stable, such as a prominent saturn in aspect to moon, sun, venus or mars? People with good aspect to pluto might also make them stable. The obvious reasons, I suppose. Falling in love with another person. That's what's lust and infatuation are often mistaken for. Not ready to stay committed to one person.

Not saying these are the bona fide aspects and placements for infidelity or that these would predispose someone to cheat but here are a few that I know of people I know-Uranus conjunct pluto in the 7th
Aries moon
Venus in 12th
Venus in aqua (I know quite a few)
Venus or mars in gem Most of these people are men and I do think if they were happy in their relationship they probably wouldn't do it but the guy with uranus conj pluto in the 7th, he's a pisces sun conj merc in the 1st, venus aqua, sag mars and he cheats on his wife with prostitutes (I have a great way of getting my friends to divulge their secrets!) Anyway he's not that happy in his marriage but tbh I kinda think he's addicted to that carnal side of life now. IP: Logged |

For the purpose of your studies, I have:Moon op Venus (11H)
Venus sq Uranus
Mars, Asc in mutable sign
Mars, Asc sq Neptune
Mars sextile Uranus (my tightest orb) Not sure how much a progressed chart plays a role but I have: Sun, Venus, Mars, Mercury, Asc-Virgo-12H sq Neptune in 3H. I am like an electrical eel and yes, I have cheated many times. I have calmed down now and haven't been in a ltr for over 5 years! Just met a new guy and I hope things will work out...If I revert to my old habits I think it's time to conclude I shall NOT engage in lengthy relationships. And to defend all the Gems out there....I have yet to meet one that was a "cheater"! Not interested in anything too serious? Sure, many times, but I can't say they cheated. The cheaters I have known and know are heavy on the Pisces, Aqua and also quite a few Aries Venus/Mars in there. IP: Logged |

Well it's not exact.
It might be an indicator but no reason not to date someone. I have Venus in 12th square Neptune (the only aspect that I have to Venus)
I also have mars/mercury conjunct in 12 that are square my Gemini moon. (Mars is 1 degree) I don't know what other aspects or placement might be considered...
But I never have cheated. Not even in the worst relationships. I'm not upset or offended at all. I'm just saying, don't cut yourself off from dating someone based on their chart. IP: Logged |

Well this is depressing.My current boyfriend has:
Venus in Gemini
Mars in Libra Venus trine Jupiter
Venus trine Mars
Venus oppose Neptune
Mars sextile Neptune
Moon quincunx Mars ...which is pretty much the deadliest combination of all the above mentioned aspects. The only thing he is missing is any harsh Uranus aspects (Uranus aspects in general actually). He also has a very Pluto-heavy chart. Nearly all of his planets touch Pluto in some way so I'm not sure if this tones it down. He can come across as very intense sometimes, like something is brewing beneath the surface or his mind is going a mile a minute. Otherwise he is a total charmer. Will talk to anyone and everyone walking down the street or in an elevator. Very smooth and plays the "cool guy" very well (complete with winky face!). You're probably all wondering why I'm not running screaming for the hills from this man but deep down I really feel he just wants to love someone and have a stable life. He is also a little older now and I think has mostly "outgrown" his promiscuous 20's phase. My paranoia takes over sometimes (especially after reading all of this) but I truly believe in the power of freewill and I think if anyone is honest with themselves in their relationships they can see it coming. If your partner is being secretive, elusive, distant or your intimacy and communication is lacking, those are the real life red flags. IP: Logged |

I think WHOLE birth charts and synastry between all of those involved should be looked at and interpreted. I think Moon/Pluto synastry is irresistible and makes a person uncontrollable of themselves if they aren't in control. Mars/Venus is also a big one IMO IP: Logged |

I agree however that you can't judge someone by their chart alone. For example, i have Sun and Venus in Gemini and i have never cheated on my relationships.IP: Logged |

Oh it's alright. I've learned A LOT about myself since all of this. I'm sorry you had to go through it as well. What's crazy is my mom was abused(a lot worse than I was) and I always said I'd kill a guy who did anything to hurt me, I'm not in jail so I obviously didn't live up to that lol. Abuse is not okay to me, any form. I wish the youths were taught more, in detail and length about it. IP: Logged |

Kind of funny now but I was in one abusive/controlling relationship. It probably won't make sense but I couldn't get her to leave! I think most things are worth it if you learn something and allow it to transform you in a way. Use it for positive. Take the experience and use it for your benefit. There are things that seem senseless but most I think can have some golden nugget in there somewhere. Even though I've not cheated on anyone I've been with I have Venus 12th and square Neptune. That aspect and placement gives Venus a Pisces flavor, very dreamy. (Venus in Pisces obviously fits also)
The native can completely overlook flaws, seeing the person as perfect. Which is later not there case of course. No one is perfect. But it does do that. It can actually build relationships that in reality don't even exist. Everyone becomes soulmate potential. I struggled with it but I guess I just have something in my chart that didn't allow me to cheat. Maybe because it's actually in Virgo which was crazy once I stared seeing flaws. lol I was the other person once though. (they were in an abusive relationship) Now, since coming to astrology I've really learned and focused on that aspect/placement.
With Barbie things actually got better, not worse. She is more than I even built in my head. IP: Logged |

Yep, that long list includes much of my chart and I've never cheated. There was one time I was tempted but resisted the temptation, and it makes me angry now because my partner at the time was a serial cheater (not that I knew it yet).
