This is probably a dumb question, but what kind of chart would I cast to see how the lunar eclipse will effect me?

You just look at your Natal chart and see if you have anything at 29 degrees of Sag or Gemini.

Look and see which house it falls in.

pixienoire, you can cast a chart for the moment of the eclipse and then compare it to your natal, you should look at where the moon lands in particular but also take note of the sun, then mercury and then the rest, make sure you check your nodes and angles aren't being affected. If you find there are a few aspects you can always google them individually or go to astro.com and it'll give you a free mini interpretation on their free horoscopes/transits bit.

Ok, I am confused... Here is my Natal chart. Does it fall in my second house? I can't find any planets it would aspect. But I am new to this so I am sure I am missing something.

It's going to conjunct your Jupiter, but it may be too wide of an orb.
