i need insights into how i can look into the situation/outcomes of a possible legal battle… i don't know how to do horary and i need to look at transits etc. what should i look at and look out for, to determine how things will turn out for us?

we live under a doctor's office, and we have been suffering from the noise pollution from them since over 2 years. in the beginning we complained as a civil neighbour, but all they have done is to treat us literally as "below" them, disregard and even MOCK us. they make "professional noise" at any hour. the head doctor is a leftist politician and they feel all self-righteous and doing the community heroic deeds by letting muslim women come clean at 4 in the morning, etc. we even suspect people living there, but all not so simple to prove.

due to the damage they brought upon us, we have lost work, and my partner especially, who's room is immediately below their kitchen, has deteriorated both psychologically and physically, literally zombified. he used to look like 30, now looks like 60 with all white hair, and is only 47-years old. long story short, we are just nice people and were naive, it's too late for any radical actions now, we have a weaker position and we need a lawyer. we plan to first make the landlord reduce rent unless there is improvement. then he has to go see a psychiatrist to be qualified that he is technically disabled, which is more than true.

first thing first, since Mercury is retrograde we are not going to contact a lawyer just yet. we are looking for a good one now. but beside that, what should i look into, i can look at progression, transit, etc. could anyone point to me what transit etc. i should look at, to see what will likely to happen and how long it will go on…? and… what chart should i look at anyway, mine, my partner's, something else, all of them? i'm kind of clueless, but want to take the right steps to bring victory and justice to us. they have gone too far, and we are normally peaceful people but now we are just vengeful. they are going to kill us if this goes on.

sorry it got a bit vent-y but we need justice. and i want to do it right. anyone experienced with astrology with legal problems? thank you for reading!

Favorable 7th house transits or progressions. Jupiter.

But, finding a lawyer would be the best thing to do. Because you have to prove that they are breaking the law, if you can't prove that, there is no case.

Because the 7th house rules legal conflicts and things like that.

Leichen. It's not easy to say what's right and wrong but my experiencs of contact a lawyer when two people as you and your boyfriend are without job feels wrong. Try to get your energy to see where you can find a new job first and then se about how you should do by the rest. Sometimes its best to be quiet. I see that is most important that atleast one of you got a job. Then try to move.

House 9 is legal problems. Use house 1 and 9 rulers in relation to each other. The slower moving transit planet to the faster moving natal planet is all you need. Then look at the faster transit planet to the slower natal planet.

If it seems they are 'above' you in the pecking order, they will have the aliens, I mean law, on their side. Even with solid evidence, you can't really do much apart from control yourself i.e. move.

Takes a very skilled person to read a horary chart. Something I don't really attempt. Can be useful, but you need to look at transits to your natal chart, as written above, first.

Lechien, what country are you in? If you are in the US, I could have a look at your lease.

Lechien, a Google search brought me to past postings of yours and apparently you're not living in the U.S.

I have no idea what the law in your country would require, but I doubt very much that the doctor and his/her staff will comply with your requests for quiet, and I doubt the landlord will do much about your complaints, since the doctor's office is probably paying more in rent. If you desire a habitable environment, you're probably best off moving to a flat in a building where there are no commercial entities. Is that a possibility for you?

I wish you the best. I know what it's like to live in a noisy flat where you can't get any sleep.

hi everyone!!!! thank you so much for all the replies, i couldn't check here earlier!!

crabbypatty you are so kind!! i wish you could help me but you're right, i'm not in the US...

the thing is, so far circumstances have been against us and all the possibilities had been completely closed to us, for example moving. also getting a job too, we are musicians (says so in our legal papers, it's our official professions!), until my partner's lack of sleep made it technically impossible for him to compose nor perform, or exist like human = we lost our occupation. we really got ruined... there were other mountain of intertwined problems and along with the noise pollution we went way down to the point of no return, as it became psychological as well as physical.

my partner has had this flat for like 15 years and there is a... history. overall, everyone's right, we don't have much chance... it feels so so SO unfair and unjust. how can others literally ruin other people's lives and be justified...? i'm just very naive.

we don't have much choice, we don't have enough money to move out and we would need a lot of money to do so. we can get the support from the government to hire a lawyer. the best would be to teach the doctors lesson (!!) but if they can move their kitchen above OUR kitchen and not above a bedroom, that can improve, because i don't think it is allowed to have that above a sleeping quarter… anyway i don't know, sorry about rambling on…

but i wonder if it'll do nothing, or make the situation worse for us? this is nightmarish.

i'm going to check the mentioned transits etc. thank you!
