I know a lot of people are scared of pluto transits. Not me, I find them to be the most powerful, transforming, and amazing transits with the results either being very long lasting or downright permenent. T pluto is now just 2 deg away from my cappy moon in the 8th, but I haven't experienced anything major yet, I'm starting to wonder whats up. Is this it?? I hope not. Any worthwhile experiences with pluto transiting their moon?

Is it gonna make just one move across, or will it go Rx over it?

Wait. I'm on the super fancy planet tracker site, I guess your Moon is @ 9 Cap. Pluto's gonna turn Rx soon and will go direct around Sept 2011 when it'll be @ 4 degrees. Then it moves about a degree a month & it'll be @ 8 degrees in January 2012. At 9 degrees about 2/23/2012. It stays at 9 degrees for about 3 mos, and it will Rx at that point at that degree, it goes back to 6 degrees in September 2012. Comes back to 9 in January 2013. Moves forward fairly quickly but Rx's back to 9 degrees in July 2013. Stays @ 9 degrees until December 2013. And that's it, then it moves forward.

So basically you have a lil while. Maybe not the first hit, but you'll prob be seeing something when it Rx's, esp since it Rx's in that exact degree at least once.

I'm going to give you a hug (((scrappydog))).
This is one of those transits that will change your life. It made me grow up, a lot. However I gained a lot of insight about things that a normal teen wouldn't have had, but then I'm a Sag moon who takes everything as a learning experience.

Do not worry, Scrappy, this is not a transit to go unnoticed.
I went through this transit back in 2007-2009. At first it started with a very empowering feeling, like there was nothing I couldn't deserve or have in this world and nobody could resist me. That was before it hit. The first hit was the hardest and I could easily say my whole world collided and I was left without a safety net to fall back onto. I never knew I had it in me to feel such intense emotional pain. It wasn't until Pluto passed for the 3rd time over my Moon that I was able to put myself together and reconstruct my life from scratch. Unfortunately, the scarring process left me emotionally numb for a few years. In the years after the transit it was like nothing could move me or surprise me or hurt me anymore. I was damaged goods. I walked through life a living zombie. And still do.
It really depends on the house Moon rules, from what I noticed, far more than the house it resides in. In my case, it rules my 7th and it is tightly conjunct Neptune and the South Node, which obviously contributed to my drama. What happened, basically, was that I met my dream man, my soulmate. The love of my life, still. My Bull. Even though mutual love was there, the outcome was dramatic...
Today is my birthday and for some reason (Mercury retro, most likely) today has been the second-worst birthday of my life, after the one in 2007. The Universe needed to remind me of that, it seems.
Do not take this transit lightly, because it's not. Do not underestimate it, you are in for a hell of a rollercoaster ride. Yes, it's transformative; yes, life will never be the same again. That doesn't guarantee you'll like the result.

Hi Hera, Happy belated b-day !

Now I'm curious, cos Moon rules my 12th and I'll be going through this when Pluto is later on in Capricorn. h12 is self-undoing, oh my. I'm gonna put that on the back burner, for now.
Scrappy, which house does Moon rule for you?
