You are, without a shadow of a doubt, an Aries Moon.and your Virgo shows just as Strongly.
if you have leo traits, its either your aries moon that relates to fire, or because you are a virgo sun, perhaps you have a planet in Leo.
that, or you have 5th house planets, or your sun aspects some of your other personal planets.

the reason you THINK (VIRGO - self analyzing yourself..) you don't have an Aries moon is because:
You aries Moon sounds like lonely fire, its whats most familiar to you, but its in a chart of strong earth and water, especially since you are virgo, you tend to Think and Analyze, as you already do, yourself, and your Feelings (MOON - Aries feelings) and then Choose the RIGHT thing to do with them (virgo). your virgo/earth energy acts like a Filter, your Firey aries moon must filter through all your earth energy first before others see it. but i can see it clearly in you.
it sounds like you may have Capricorn planets, which possibly square your Moon. ( i have an aries moon, and it square saturn in capricorn, which is like having mars square saturn) and because of that, my aries moon doesnt express what it feels much.
where is your mars? it will be the depositor of your Moon, that will indicate more about its nature, and the house position of your moon and mars.
i have mars and mercury in virgo, so understanding you feels clear and easy.

The moon will show you your emotional temperament but it doesn't describe how you act...look to mercury for how you verbalise and even mars as to what action you take..
i disagree with this, yes that is what the moon shows, but the moon influences behavior, EMotions and feelings influence actions and behavior and reactions. moon is the part of us that is Most familiar, whenever you get to know someone, the moon sign is the part you will only ever get to know best.
and in the case of the Moon in Aries, its especially relevent that this moon position shows how someone acts, because the moon is in a sign that is ruled by expression and action, ruled by mars.
okay, looking at your chart is interesting..
your Moon and Sun are in a very tight quincunx, they must be quite Disconnected in traits for you. (like huh? why?)
your Capricorn ASCendant is the contradiction to your Moon. Capricorn/Saturn energy is slower, its calculating, planner, mastermind, strategy.
aries is quick, direct, impulsive, act now think later.
virgo is think first, and capricorn is think first. earth signs are kind of perfectionists. its gotta be done properly.
i see how i can understand you quite well, we have mercury/venus/moon in the same signs. and mars and sun in the same sign.
wow, i just realized, your moon is in aries, and venus is in libra, my venus is in libra, and my moon is in aries. but what i find fascinating, is that your venus is in the 9tth house and my venus is in the 3rd, and my moon is in the 9th and your moon is in the 3rd. opposites and yet the same.
also, your Mars, the depositor of your Moon, is in Cancer, thats another contradiction. you have quite a martian moon, its in aries and it squares mars, and trines pluto. your Moon must feel frustrated often, its in a chart where it seems to have NO avenue for ease or natural expression, it seems isolated.
your reaction to things, is Aries first, thats the part of you that is most familiar. but what likely happens is, your virgo energy will quickly analyze the situation and think about what to do, think and analyze your feelings and emotions. your Capricorn ASC and Mars in Cancer are at odds with this Moon, and probably offer only frustrating ways to express it.
Cancer wants to move around its object, Capricorn wnats to move slow and steady towards its object. Aries wants to go go direct straight ahead, full steam ahead.
hence you feel like to others, you don't Act it (your aries moon) because your chart is at odds at how to.
you are at odds with yourself.
but you Aries moon IS.

but Moon and sense in same sentence.. 
U seem to me as very atypical Sag Moon. (got that from Doomed thread)
But I definitely can relate to the positive nature and the wanderlust and traveling to foreign countries. If I could be a gypsy and just travel with what's on my back, I don't think it'd be a bad thing! haha My heart really gravitates toward things being open and free and light.(I have a stellium in the 9th too). But I really lack fire.
