my humble experience with Uranus sq Sun and Venus( no exp with Moon), are not super pleasant, meaning the people i met with those aspects had negative traits of it, as well as perhaps the "spark"..but i dont think it can go without the less fortunate qualities of these aspects either.

11th Pluto = expansion of other people's money

10th Saturn = this would typically mean a delay in the career/more struggles in the career life, but it's home in Capricorn and part of a capricorn stellium so this would most likely mean she has an easy time building a secure career for herself. Also, it means the father is the one with a noteworthy career in the family (Saturn - father)

1st Neptune = home in pisces conjunct her ASC in Pisces, she is very much apart of the illusionary and dreamy life of her family's Hollywood presence. It's basically her identity throughout her whole life.

2nd Uranus sq Sun, Moon, Venus, Pluto = struggle to make personal finances distanced from mother and father public life of making other people's money. Could also mean that something with the surrogate helps her make her own personal finances and achieve security and stability and it, therefore, throws off the relationship of her father and mother

11th Mercury conjunct 10th Saturn = siblings in the public eye are in harmony with career pursuits and father's career

I checked the natal chart and judging from this chart she will definitely keep out of the public eye, though she will have a very expansive image in the public due to Jupiter being in the 1st. Her planets cluster near her Imum Coeli and this is very common in people who are reclusive and stay away from the spotlight. They prefer home life and comfort over anything else.

Her chart is also a bowl shape and I read this means she will receive many blessings in this lifetime and it will be easier for her to hold onto those blessings as they don't fall out the bowl.

Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus in the 3rd means siblings are an important part of the father figure, mother figure, communication skills and beauty and artistic pursuits. Mercury home in the 3rd makes her good with her siblings and a good communicator.

Mars and Jupiter conjunct in the 1st makes her come off as very passionate, aggressive, lucky, and blessed and these are essential parts of her identity. She may also come off as being more intellectual and more wise than the rest of her family. She will have a very Jupiterian image like her mother who is Sag and Pisces after her Libra sun.
