as in I donīt belong with the people where I was born. What aspect would cause this feeling? I was born in Sweden and Swedish people (the ones that are pure swedish-from sweden-with no other countries involved) and I have absolutely nada in common. I feel at home and at ease with people of other ethnicities and countries. I have Jupiter sitting alone, at the top of my chart, in 9H (culminating) so could this be why? I have lived in Los Angeles for 17 years so maybe this also have something to do with it... I aso have Sagittarius on cusp of 4H. I just recently moved back home and I feel as if my soul is dead. I can relate to this. I was born in Eastern Asia, and while part of me relates to the culture, I can't really identify myself with my birth place nor with the people from it. I feel more at ease here in Europe, and identify myself more with the Occidental culture even if not completely.I have Sag Uranus in the 4th house, Sag IC, and Mars/North Node in the 9th house. Mars is oppose Pluto and square Jupiter in the 6th, Uranus is trine Venus/Mercury/Moon in the 8th. IP: Logged |

THIS is exactly how I feel too. I have my Jupiter sitting alone in my 9th house so I guess that's one big factor why we both feel like we don't belong in our home countries. Plus, I also feel like I interact better with foreigners than my own people. ------------------ Gemini Ascendant Sun in Leo Moon in Cancer Mercury in Virgo Venus in Virgo Mars in Libra "You were born a lion. Mercury in Capricorn and the 9th house is the most powerful planet on my chart and it opposes the Moon in Cancer in 3rd house. This opposition suggests an extreme either way. Firstly when the Moon is in Cancer, the Moon is very absorbent here and there is a perpetual need to learn by means to "survive". The curiosity of the native is tied into their security needs. As such, this need to explore will take them on short trips and different places. They may change residences constantly throughout their lives. Mercury in Capricorn is the other extreme. The native wants to talk sense, practicality and be taken seriously as a connoisseur. It is likely that the individual will enhance their intellectual "prowess" with a degree or reputable experience; where much is learned technically. Mercury is the desire to communicate and when placed in the 9th, it means the individual is wanting to communicate with as many and as wide an audience as possible (across cultural barriers). My homeland and the people therein are of no sentimental value to me; except maybe from an intellectual point of view.
