Transits, Progressions, Lunar Returns, Solar Retrurns, Planetary returns, Solar arc directions or Horary? And state your reason! Thanks.IP: Logged |

imo:I would say solar returns and, to a lesser extent, lunar returns. I have looked back at mine over the years and they have been spot on and quite literal. With the lunar returns though, only when they resemble my solar return chart. I only really feel outer planet transits, like most people. I need to learn more about progressions and solar arcs because they just look all wrong to me and I can’t do anything with them. Horary has never worked for me. I must have horrible timing because I usually get a too early or too late ascendant, which fouls things up, makes it unreadable. Either that or it is just out and out wrong.

They say that the extroverted astrologer uses transits and the introverted astrologer uses progressions Everything is accurate. I prefer to use transits, since it's the only method I've mastered (partially of course). I also use solar returns. But really, everything is interconnected and everything works if you do it right. It's like when you go and have check-ups, they do blood work, that will point to a problem. But that can be either confirmed or pinpointed by an echo first or a full body scan, an MRI, what have you. For horary however, I think one must have sharper spiritual powers - to me it's more a divination practice than the others. Also keep in mind that nothing can happen if there is no promise of that particular event in the natal chart. Hope this helps! IP: Logged |

Not so. I gave birth to a healthy child and my so-called natal promise says that I'll be infertile.IP: Logged |

I have never found a clear cut answer to this... SA haven't worked for me but Progressions and transits have. I think it depends on what you feel comfortable with and what works for YOU! IP: Logged |

Transits, because they were good enough to be used for your time of birth, so they should be good enough to use for how you're getting on now.IP: Logged |
